We sat in the drive thru for about 15 minutes with only 2 cars in front of us. Our food was barely warm, on the verge of cold, and I had to ask for our drinks. Then after I left the window, I had to pull over and go inside because they had not given us straws for our drinks and they had not given me my receipt. When I asked for the receipt, the manager grabbed a PILE of receipts from the drive thru, started sorting through them on the counter in front of me and mumbled that they "never give out receipts" which is TOTALLY against company policy. I understand there is a staffing shortage. I own a restaurant myself with staffing issues, but we do keep up standards so our customers don't feel like we just don't care....which is how I felt at this Burger King.
Absolutely disgusting.. I have always gave this place a 5 star but today was nasty.. The fries was burnt and the drinks tasted offal.. The burgers was all over the place.. And the nuggets we order was also burned.. We have a big family and spent $45.00 on this mess NEVER AGAIN come guys yall need to do better.. This use to be my favorite BK.. Now im second guessing it..
I would give it a zero if I could. Everytime I go there, there is a long line at the drive-thru, so I park and go to the door to do a dine-in. No sign, location says it does dine-in and doors are locked. So I left and went to another fast food for lunch break. Open your doors and let ppl eat inside instead of in their vehicles and while driving. Everywhere else is doing dine-in.
This place has been going slower and slower taking your oder at the drive thru at night time. Was a car in front of me it took 5 minutes before he move and it took me almost 7 minutes to take my order. Bad service when I pull up.
I usually can't do business there. The dining room is closed and I just don't want to try to eat off my motorcycle seat. I mean, come on. Get over the covid stuff. Didn't spend my money there. I went and ate inside at Wendy's.
The lobby doors were open and unlocked for people to be able to come in. I was in shout at saying it was drive-thru only. I said okay and return to my car. When placing my order in the drive thru I could hear the cook in the background cussing and shouting and theCashier on the headset was laughing! This was so unbelievably rude that I just said no thank you and drove away. I WILL NOT RETURN!
I work in industrial park right up the street. Been here a few times lately and every time I've waited for 20 to 30 minutes to get through. They take 1 order at a time and leave everyone else to wait in the drive through. Seems like after all that waiting you'd get fresh food but no . 30 minutes in line for garbage. Last time I watched the girl at the window play on her phone for 5 minutes before she went to get my food that had been done and in the rack for a while. Someone better get new management or they're gonna put our Burger King out of buisiness. Worst fast food place in florence. NO DOUBT!!!!!
Walked inside to order since there was already a couple eating inside. Stood at the counter for 5 minutes then was told by the lady in the back that she was the only one making orders which was fine no hurry. There were 2 other employees working drive thru which wasn't a problem but neither one spoke to say anything. After waiting another 5 minutes the lady in the back yells drive thru only. Why didn't either of the other 2 employees say anything instead of ignoring the customers. Even the the couple eating was like ?. Went to the one on Florence Blvd.
New place, but no menu lit up and and coffee was barely warm and also pancakes with no syrup!! Not a good experience at all!! Could not see what to order with no menu!! Just had to ask!! Will be our last time there!!
I just tried that King chicken sandwich it was really good and hot so are the fries definitely going to have it again and the staff I was really polite and I had quick service
