We have not been to this Applebee's for a couple years because the service was so bad. This time the service was great. We did have to ask to have the soup sent back and heated. They did so and when they brought it back it was nice and hot. The manager checked on it several times. Wait staff and management were both very busy and taking care of customers. We will be going back.
My son ordered the Classic Combo and he doesn't like the spinach dip. We asked if he could get the queso instead. The waitress didn't even ask if that could be done, just told us no substitutions. Well, we know it can be done because he does it all the time. Wish we would have went somewhere else. Treat your customers right is how it should be.
First time at Applebee's did not enjoy it at all brought it home to my dogs. It literally made me sick whi ever thought Alfredo and honey went together was totally wrong. It was gross.
my husband and I decided to try Applebee's as it's been a while since we have been...it wasn't real busy tho we arrived just at 630 pm so was really happy to get seated right away. I ordered water as anymore its too costly for such a big coke, that I wouldn't finish, and my husband had coke...we ordered spinach dp as appetizer, which was extremely hot but tasty...would have preferred bread or pita chips over reg taco chips...but ya get what ta get...I ordered chicken breast with double order of garlic mashed potatoes, as there was really no other option I would eat...it was basic, bland chicken, frozen but again was prepared nicely, nice grill marks...my husband ordered fried chicken salad...was a pretty big salad, sadly only brought 1 cup of dressing so had to ask for more which wasn't really a problem...over all the food was ok..it was far from horrible, but far from amazingly delicious also...I gave 3 stars as it was all...just ok..not bad but not great. everything is getting so expensive, but don't mind paying for a great meal...but about what you'd expect for a chain.
I'm usually not a big fan of Applebee's but we decided to try it for a change. Service was great and food was ok. Price is also pretty good. It's gotten better since the last time I been and would go back.
I was so impressed!! I made changes to what I was ordering and they did it..perfectly!! We had THE best waitress I think I have ever had! Her name is Kensie. I'll definitely be back!!
This food is so bad and they need to get better service and they have a attitude
I ordered steak pink to red in the middle with shrimp and broccoli and mashed potatoes. The steak was a triangle like 2in. At most across the widest part and the steak was well done. We got to the restaurant at 9pm and didn't leave there till almost 11 because they were so slow! It took like 45 min just to get a bar drink.. Not to mention I made them redo my steak and I ate the rest of my food before my steak was even ready. We were paying the bill by that time. Almost 2 hours later. Our meal was $70.00 for 2 & for that price the service and the food should be the Best! We won't be back! But I will say my 2nd steak was twice the size and done to perfection!
I got the club sand it was hot and amazing! It was veterans day and they servers, greeters, were very very respectful towards the veterans.
It was very nice and the food was delicious the waitress was very friendly love it went back the next Wednesday the drinks were delicious everything
