Starters were great! We had great hopes. Dress code: says smart casual but one of the hostesses was wearing a black t-shirt and jeans and sandals akin to birkenstocks... we are on vacation and bought clothes to fit the dress code... ugh- we didn't need to do that. Most diners were dressed nicer than the staff. :( Starters were great and so were our mixed cocktails Entree: when paying $55+ for an entree, it would be INCREDIBLY appreciated to have more than 1 option for a glass of wine. We had NO need or desire to buy a bottle, but wanted a GOOD glass of wine with our steaks. Not an option... we were very disappointed in that. The house wines all had a similar flavor and were not complimentary to a steak. Not to mention the sly way they con you into spending $9 for a bottle of water. 2 of our 3 meals had to be sent back because of the chef's interpretation of medium rare... raw doesn't mean rare. So I finished my meal while the two at my table watched me eat. Then I got to watch them eat. :( Ambiance- the huge draw to this restaurant is the 360 rotating view. Therefore, one would expect the windows to be clean. It is quite apparent that they haven't been cleaned in quite sometime. It really made a cool experience okay. **as the floor rotates, we would have loved to have seen a quick description of the view... a quick blurb would be fine. Just a suggestion. If we stayed w a Charcuterie board, maybe a salad and mixed drink, we may have left feeling better. However, we left feeling disappointed and definitely NOT worth the value. The staff, while friendly, did not wow us with service that one would expect for a place like this. 3 stars at best
Ahâ¦..360 what a delight. Itâs a perfect spot for a business dinner or family outing. The food was perfect, and a true dining experience. The filet and sea bass were outstanding! The service from Seth was exceptional, and his recommendations were spot on. Brian at the bar chose an excellent red wine. Be sure and order the chocolate cake to top off the night. Our group was so impressed and we are all big foodies from Birmingham. When staying at The Marriott why go anywhere else ?

One of the best dining experiences Iâve ever had. The entire staff was friendly and professional. Service could not have been better. The food was delicious and cooked to perfection. The venueâ¦.. it canât be out into words but awesome comes to mind. One of the most memorable for me. Thank you 360 Grille for making the birthday occasion platinum!!
A wonderful way to celebrate our Ann. Wonderful view. Wonderful food. Wonderful service. Pricey but worth it. We will be back.
