First time going to a Zaxbys and the last. Order was all jacked up 06/03/22 6:36pm. Drive through. Multiple Missing components from orders for 3. Got home to discovered parts of the meal were left out but still charged. Called to see what was going on. The lady did not really seem to care, just informed me they were out of those items for 3 weeks or more….odd. Last $39.84 you will get.
What’s happened to Zaxby’s chicken? It’s supposed to be made to order. What I got today was really bad. The chicken is now, over breaded, over cooked and the tenders themselves have been whittled down to nothing but thin strips. Such a disappointment
We door dashed our order. He called from the restaurant and they were out fried cheese. Then the chicken liked almost burnt. Fries were over cooked. The salad was not even COLD and they didn’t take the Tomatoes off like they were suppose too! Wouldn’t order from here again.
My cousin and I both ordered wings and things tounge torch .the wings had no hotness whatsoever.this place is a total joke !
Absolutely the worst fast food restaurant in enterprise. They take their time and still mess up your order. Don’t have any sense of urgency about anything. Spend more time talking, on their phones, or playing with their hair more than they do work. To the owner, I would personally find new employees. This is absolutely absurd.
After waiting in the drive thru line for 20 minutes and only 3 cars in front of us, The restaurant closed and left us sitting at the speaker and did not even have the decency to say that they were closed. This is unacceptable and not how you take care of your customers.
Really the worst Zaxby's I've been to. The chicken always tastes like old oil. Please change the oil! We usually take the drive to Goldfingers because their food is always fresh and delicious. Thought we'd give Zaxby's another chance, and big mistake! Change the oil.....
Our food was just thrown in the messy... the lady in the drive thru was super rude and she threw the bag at me when she handed it to me. Absolutely unsatisfied.
Hands down The worst Zaxby’s I’ve ever been to! I waited 30 minutes in line just to get some cold hard food I came back for a refund and I’m currently in line for over 30 minutes already.
