The very few times I stopped to eat here & bring my family. It's always a problem or issue. The food was awful, cold, and took entirely too long to get the food at that. The trash can inside the lobby was full to where the trash was falling out. The tables was dirty. Like not one person cleans the lobby ??? I had to use a antibacterial wipe to clean the table to eat. I want be back to this place at all. Service got to be better or else they'll lose alot of customers although I'm sure they have already.

Went at about 945pm wasnt busy but still took forever cuz when each car including me got to the drive thru to order was told to hold on a minute and about 8 to 10 minutes later we got to order.. the person didn't understand the simple order so I had to explain it to her as if I was working there training her. Then when we got our food I looked on the receipt and she gave me a double on my sandwich when I didn't ask for a double. These people working here looks terrible and it makes the company look bad especially when they can't do their job right. I haven't been to Wendy's since my daughter quit them about 2 years or so ago and this time will be my last. Someone in corporate or higher up needs to check this location cuz uh.. nope won't be back there not to mention while we was sitting 3rd in line there was 4 drive offs behind us cuz it was taking so long.

No one answered at the drive through, 7:15 pm, so we parked and went inside. All the “employees “ were on their cell phones and berated us stating “we are closed up front!”. Nasty freaking place. I guess retail restaurants are dead. Sad. I use to enjoy We day’s.

Great service fast service guy at the window was very friendly and had a good sense of humor considering my friend was giving him a hard time from the moment we pulled up

This is one of the SLOWEST fast food restaurants I have ever been too. Waited over 25 minutes in the drive-thru for food. RIDICULOUS!!!!!???

Offered spring mix as an option on the app. Got home, no spring mix. Called back. Said they didn't carry spring mix. Should have told me at the window, I would have changed my order. Burgers are almost always overcooked.

Really needs work done to the place. No lights in the parking lot so when you pull in at night it looks closed. Thrash all over there parking lot and it has lot holes all over the place. Food is really good and people are nice but it seems the owners don't care about it. I just don't understand why they don't fix the lights in the parking lot. I mean that just seems like a big safety thing. I don't go there after dark just because if that.

Horrible food with horrible customer service. Burnt up piece if so called “chicken” on an old bun. Rude window service and worse service by manager. When a customer politely complains that the food was nasty, which it was, managers should offer a solution. Needless to say I’ll never go here again. The one in daleville kicks it’s ass anyway.

Absolutely terrible. Ordered 2 chicken sandwich combos at drive through. When at home I noticed one piece of chicken (maybe) was burnt totally inedible. Too far to drive back for refund but I did make a call to Robert. He claims to be the manager. Told Robert about the ordeal and he didn’t offer an apology, refund or anything. Drive through employees also seem to forget to say “thank you” or maybe just this time?Stay away from this dumpster fire of a Wendy’s

Wendy’s just isn’t Wendy’s anymore. Using value sized cups for a water. A spicy chicken patty that’s the size a of a value patty and you pay for the price of a chick-fil-a sandwich. The staff is rude, incompetent and scared to go above and beyond.
