Don’t come here if you’re hungry. We waited over 30 min to even have our order taken and another 25 to get our food that wasn’t even right in the slightest. It took another 18 to get the remake and it wasn’t made correctly either. The manager on duty was cursing the people who brought their food back and making snide remarks to her employees about us. All while they looked high on weed and worked like it. My 80 year old grandma walks faster than they do up there. Get. It. Together!
Asked me what type of sauce I wanted with my food...I said Mild. Then, they forgot my sauce...??
Make sure you check your food before leaving. Got two nacho fry boxes. They left one of each of our tacos out. Everything was nasty. And I asked for no sour cream because I’m allergic to it. And it was in every single one of my tacos. I will think twice before coming back.
Not every experience is like this, but make sure you check your food before you leave the parking lot. Asked for chicken tacos, the portions were small and one taco didn’t even have chicken in it. Then the chicken was tough.
Miss Allison on the headset tonight has nailed customer service, she was absolutely fantastic, repeating orders and apologizing for wait time as well as making connections with the guests THROUGH THE DRIVE THRU, from personal experience that is a hard job, and great work to those making the food and getting it out in a timely manner, very impressed tonight!
Hands down good food better than I expected..and the woman who took my order was AWESOME..next time I'm in Enterprise I'll be stopping by again for my favorite the #8 ohh and the cinnamon twist..
I personally have not tasted the food though smells mouth watering. I was impressed with how attentive the staff was and how swiftly orders were completed.

Slower wait times lately but that's not their fault with the labor shortage.. Overall very consistent with hot food and friendly employees! My latest favorite is the #9 combo with the chicken chalupas. A tad pricey but worth it!
I've been seeing all the recent raves and great reviews on our Taco Bell in Enterprise so I decided to grab lunch there today. The minute the lady started speaking through the intercom you could tell she was happy to be at work! Once I got to the window I asked her if they've had any changes in staff lately and her face lit up as she began telling me how they have a new GM that cares about each team member and goes out of his way to make them feel appreciated! She also said very proudly, "we're the talk of the town right now"! That conversation fired me up! I've always believed one person can impact an entire team! Seeing that today was great! Well done Taco Bell!!
