The last two times i have went there i have had a bad experience. the first time they forgot one of the meals i ordered and i also asked for buffalo sauces and they brought it out in a hot dog holder. The last time i went there i asked for 3 different food items and they gave me all of the same burgers.
My husband and I went to sonic the other night and had the worst customer service experience you could imagine. We waited well over 30 mins for our food and it was cold. Ice cream blast running all on the sides of the cup and slushy was more like juice with no ice. We asked for napkins because ice cream running everywhere. When we asked our server to give some he never came back. I then realized how cold the food was. So I Press the order button again to notify someone that our food was extremely cold you can tell it had been sitting. The manager promised fresh French fry’s. So we waited…. Everyone so busy playing around they forgot about serving us. Long story short the manager ended up telling me they were closed after we had already been there 35 minutes prior to them closing. I explained to him that he told me they were going to fix us fresh fries then he says oh I forgot. Everyone was so busy Fixing food for themselves to take home. All we received was over cooked fries and no napkins. now this is 15 minutes after they closed and we were there 35 minutes prior to them closing. We get played everytime by night shift so don’t go..
Just like the lady earlier tonight. I ordered on the app arrived and waited for 30 minutes for 3 cones. Never got them. I called and the manager answered and said that they wee short handed and said some other stuff that I couldn’t understand. He said that he will refund the money and hung up on me. I did not get a chance to say who I was or anything. He was rude and this is the second time. Will not be back.
I'm very disappointed with Sonic. To be fair there a another of good and friendly employees but the downside is there are a few that are not so friendly or careful with your food.
The ultimate drink spot. Order on the app everytime. If I want food from somewhere else, I always get my drink here.
Just sat and waited from 10:35pm to 10:52pm and no one would take my order. Pressed the red button twice due to it timing out. The coue in the car beside me had the same problem. We both just had to leave.
Wrong food, not cooked well, too hectic like it's not functioning properly, had a couple good experiences, but unfortunately more bad ones
I asked my kids friend what is the best food and they said Sonic. They ordered a grilled cheese with tomato kids meal. My kid got a corndog or burger. They forgot her tomato. The microphone was broken so that mist have caused the miscommunication. My delivery person was rushed but efficient.
The young man on the speaker had to send someone out to take my order for 1 sonic blast. After waiting 10 minutes, I just ending up leaving and going to dairy queen. Worst service & poor attitudes. I refuse to go to this particular sonic but it was my granddaughter's birthday and she wanted ice cream with cherries in it. I was quickly reminded why I never go to this one!
Food was hot and great ! We asked if salsa was in the bag carhop tori said yes .... there wasnt any okay thats fine no big deal but when she brought salsa back to the car she was not friendly at all no smile heres your salsa if i had known Tori was this type of carhop i would not have gave a tip first go around !!
