As a foodie and traveler the wife and I eat out atleast 3 times a week. And 9.5/10 times we leave anywhere from unsatisfied to unhappy ..I'm happy to say we are very satisfied with the service , atmosphere , the staff was very helpful and all were smiling and happy .The food came out very fast , and was very hot and fresh. Wasn't the best food I ever ate but was 9/10The rest of the experience makes it 10/10I will definitely spend my money here again.
Great food and good prices. One of our favorites when working in town. The service is usually fast and easy. The portions seem fair, only 4* because the coleslaw is dry sometimes.
Had been craving bbq, I don't eat pork or beef BUT their shredded chicken did what it needed to do! Fries crispy, sauce excellent. The highlight though... Peach Tea!!! That tea was worth the 3rd refill! ?
Good ribs for being set up like a Zaxby's. The prices are good and the staff is friendly. The fries were well salted and had a good flavor and the Mac n Cheese was fantastic.
Like so many places, Shane's isn't what it once was. The food and service has gotten worse. My husband and I have eaten there regularly for many years, but after our last experience, no more. After talking to the manager about the food that was served to us, she just treated us like idiots and walked away. One thing she didn't learn in manager training is that word of mouth will make or break you, especially in a small town like Enterprise!Again, it was not so much about the food, it was about the "manager" approaching to the whole situation, She doesn't know how to deal with customers, very rude and carelessness
Ordered the wings and what a joke! They were the smallest wings I've ever seen. Took them to the manager to show her and she was very rude. She refunded the price of the wings but still charged us for the sides and drinks. Any decent restaurant would refund the entire meal. She didn't even try to make it right and tried to say that there's a shortage of wings? Went to Beef o Brady's and the wings were twice the size! This place has went down hill!!! Don't waste your time or money! This place sucks!!!!!
My food was great, service was fast and efficient. I didn't like the small water cup, so i had to purchase bottled water. I would have perferred to pay for a large cup of water. Some in my party complained about the peach tea being to strong. Lastly, several people in my party became ill. I however did not.
The staff was kind. I like how you order at register and get your drinks immediately with no wait for a waitress. The downside is that the portions aren't in synch with the cost of the meals. I had a 12 piece chicken wing plate that came with small, almost dried up chicken. There was very little meat on the bones. I get thicker wings at many pizza joints for less money. Perhaps I ordered the wrong thing, but the food just wasn't up to oar for the price in my opinion.
Great place to have something off the beating path; Very quick service and friendly. If only the tables were cleaned properly; They we're sticky leading me to believe is everything else cleaned in the same manner? That's the only reason i gave a four star.
Had the entire family go here and everyone loved it. Got everything on the menu. Large portions and the best side dishes. Was clean and staff was very accommodating. Would definitely recommend for BBQ.
