Very very poor service. It took us 15 minutes to be seated with empty tables. Once seated everyone around us being served and we have as of yet not even seen our waiter/waitress. After 20 minutes of still not being waited on and a waiter walking by and going and sitting down we leave. I do not recommend this place at all. CAN'T GET SERVICE AT ALL! Could NOT even get anyone to take a drink order at all. We headed to Texas Roadhouse to see about them.

Yes we came in there Saturday morning around 11:15 sat in the corner table next to the door that goes outside to smoking section. Two things very hot in restaurant and seat is torn and smells. It is disgusting look like little kids pick at it. Maybe even adults. I think you need to do something about it. That is very nasty. We were there for a birthday lunch for a biker dude. That was the first time I been in Sante fe in over 2 yrs I just moved back to enterprise. We waited for almost 20 minutes after we sat down before anyone came to use. I know you are short handed that why we came early. And another thing we asked so did several other people ask if big fan could be turned on stir some air around they watriess said it was tore up. I will be back in a week or so if cushion is still tore up I will contact health dept.

My son and I are there yesterday, food was awesome, and we had the sweetest server, her name was Hannah .I want to say thank you so much for being our server. Roseann Lewis

Well, for starters. The atmosphere was good. Our waitress tried to seat us in a booth when we clearly asked for a table. The rolls , which usually are fresh & hot were cold & hard. It took several attempts to catch the attention of our server for any need. And we are NOT those kind of people who hassle the server. All other appitizers were perfect and delicious. We both ordered Steaks Medium Rare and they were served well done. ? We sent hem back, which didn't take too long afterbwe FINALLY got the attention of our waitress. And when the replacement steaks arrived, they were WORSE than the original steaks. I don't know if they got a bad batch or what. We had had enough by this time so we asked for them to be removed from out ticket and got out of there. I have ALWAYS had a problem with Sante Fe Steaks. I don't know why I keep giving them a chance. So disappointed...

Stayed in the Fairfield right next door and simply walked over. Service was excellent. Prices were reasonable. Food was GREAT. This will be our GOTO when visiting family at Rucker.

Service was fair for the business. I was however disappointed with the quality of food. They were out of an item and didn’t even inform the server. Instead the server brought me my meal and was questioned by me about said item. After he went to cooks and asked he was informed after the fact that they were out. Over all good experience minus the food.

Wings were overcooked, tough and pretty tasteless. Salads looked good. We were 7 at the table. No complaints on the ribs or the steak tips. burgers looked good. Average P/P/ price at our table was $20 Enterprise needs to pick up the pace. It's growing, but restaurants are not such a much.

Great service from T’nia even though she claim to be new to the staff. The food was tasty and the home made cheese logs with marinara scored very high marks at our table. If your staying at the neighboring hotel, ask for the discount!

Awesome staff wonderful personality. Food was amazing cooked like we wanted a little understaffed but they did great 20-30 min wait but be all got steaks, overall this was a good dinner.
