They were rude and disrespectful everytime I go and when they do answer the drive thru they rush u and don’t give u time to finish so I canceled the food and went to another friendly place

I placed an online order on the Popeyes app. When we went to pick it up we were informed that they no longer sold beignets. I paid for 12 beignets and because they no longer sell them, I expected a refund. I asked to speak with the manager who REFUSED to give her name OR A REFUND! So…Popeyes is now in the business of stealing money from their customers????? ZERO STARS IF I COULD!!!! Absolutely disgraceful!

Chicken and shrimp (we had butterfly and popcorn shrimp), it was delicious and hot…. The apple pie was really good too….

Unprofessional staff, incorrect order, rude manager., And extremely overpriced! Make a better choice and go somewhere else.

Went to Popeyes on the way to work. Stop at 9:15pm and was told they had no sandwiches and the only food the had was spicy chicken pieces. They do not close until 10pm. I will never be back. Don't waste my time or yours. The employees in the parking lot saw me pull in and dove in their cars. Only one person in the store, 3 outside. Manager needs fired.

We placed our order at 9pm. Everything we ordered we were told they had to cook, mind you, very rudely. I felt like we were bothering them by placing the order. When we were allowed to finish our order, which took time because she had to stop our order after every single item to inform us she had to cook it, to which we responded of course, no problem, we will wait, she stopped us and told us to pull forward. We paid for the food, $26.66. We were not given a reciept. When we got to the window, we heard a bunch of yelling coming from the kitchen. Every thing came out hot and fresh, so even though the people were rude, it was still good food. Thanks.

You could fire the entire management staff and hold employees accountable for poor customer service.

The chicken sandwich was the best ever. But the chicken tenders not that good. Had a odd taste to them. They were also really flat and small like it was a half a tender if they cut vertically. Besides they didn't fill up all the way they only filled the cups up halfway with the sides.

Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me. Fool me five times and you're Popeyes in Enterprise. Not only have they not provided us with a correct order after several attempts, but today we tried to order through door dash. We hoped this might correct the problems with our orders. Boy were we wrong. Not only did they leave the 5 chicken sandwiches out of our bigger family feast (we have six kids), but then due to door dash policies against sending a driver back to correct the order, I still had to drive back down there to have our sandwiches replaced. The Popeyes staff preferred to just give me the old, cold sandwiches they forgot to give the driver (claimed it was the driver's fault even though they brought the order out to him) but then were miffed that I wanted them to make fresh sandwiches while I waited. After leaving over $20 worth of food out of our order, I still had to drive down and pick it up, a job I had already paid someone else to do. But on the bright side, they offered me a "complimentary" $.99 drink as compensation while I waited, which I refused. Never again will I give them my business. To get this kind of treatment on a $120 order is just rediculous and a horrible way to manage a business.

I use the online mobile app to get to two can eat tenders meal which was six tenders and two regular sides plus biscuits for $8 which isn't bad at all considered Popeyes tends to be a little on the pricey side. They make their tenders to order now so they were fresh and they were delicious as always.
