Kept having to repeat myself on what I wanted to order and then it still was not right. Very dissatisfied with the pizza.
I stopped getting pizza from here, and only thing I would get now is brownies, until tonight lol. Waited in the parking lot til they were ready, then pulled up to the window and waited for at least 5 mins. I counted about 4 employees, 2 walked by us without a word, so I left. I think they all got high and forgot they were at work, looked like it, lol. They can keep that 8 dollars, may need it. Were not busy at all, btw.
The white male worker made our pizza today March 25 2022 this worker was not wearing gloves and was very unsanitary he was touching all the food no gloves
Took longer than expected. Apparently some delivery driver took my order I placed for pick up, on his delivery.. Kinda annoying how he didn't really notice or care to check the box for the destination, pick up/delivery, or anything to determine it wasn't his delivery. I mean I get it, stuff happens, people mess up, I've been a delivery driver for years myself so again I get it. What I don't get is how you go about 9-10 mins away from the store with no destination..no idea where your order is going and you don't think twice about it noting possibly being the right order. I could understand more if he took 1-3 orders at a time but the guy literally only had mine.. Again I'm not that upset about it. I still got my pizza decently hot/fresh. Pizza was good too don't get me wrong. Again it just kinda annoyed me having tl wait around 10 extra minutes for a guy who didn't even have the slightest clue where he was taking his "delivery" and was needed to be called by the manager and told before he even noticed an came back. Just my experience is all. No harm no foul. Just an inconvenience lol

We used to order from this location almost every weekend, but the last couple orders have been very disappointing. The toppings were hidden under the cheese which left them soggy and we could tell it was an attempt to hide the lack of extra toppings we paid for. We have also paid for sauces and not received them on multiple occasions. There must be new management at this location and it definitely shows. After the last few poor customer service experiences we won’t be ordering papa johns anytime soon.We have always had great service from the drivers, but the management and quality have seemed to change in a disappointing direction.
If you’re looking for a good place in Enterprise… this is the place! The customer service is absolutely wonderful. We will definitely return!!

Well they said 10 minutes and I got there in about 20. Was told my pizza was still in oven. Then they gave my pizza to someone else even though I called after 30 min and was told it was still in oven. My pizza was free but still waited at least an hour in the parking lot. Was not happy
