A friend and I we coming home from being out of town. She really wanted some of they're food. So before 8 we stopped. They were very rude. There was barely any food to order from. They said they were out of white rice ?. Trying to figure out what to order. I say I'll take the terryaki chicken. Ok while I'm waiting for my friend to order this rude boy cashier says oh I'm sorry that piece of chicken was for a door dash order and proceeds to remove it from my to go box. Not let me make another since this was already purchased. And PS no ice in the machine.
WORSE panda ever. I’ve worked for panda in the past and absolutely loved it but now I won’t be going to this location. Staff is rude and messed up our order more times than I can count, pulled us for food for 22 mins finally went inside just to be questioned if I had actually ordered. It’s ridiculous and they need better trained employees
The food here is good and people are fairly nice but very regularly they run out of rice and many menu items. They won’t even cook more rice. For a place that makes there living selling Asian food for them to run out of white rice is horrible and to tell the customer that they are out and are not cooking more at 5 pm is a horrible attitude and sign of terrible management or owners. I would come here more often but to have an Asian food place tell you at 5-6pm they are out of white rice is a huge insult and extremely frustrating and I will tell everyone I know and think they can’t handle the business so maybe it would be better if less people ate here!
Half of the menu items they did NOT have. They also ran out of soy sauce, and while I was dining in, I asked the young lady if I could have some napkins, and they didn't have any. Bad management
Same boring and tasteless food as ever. I was asked to wait for crab Rangoon to be cooked and after doing so was served the three cold ones there when I ordered.
Our go to Chinese restaurant was closed yesterday, so we gave Panda Express a try. We ordered food online and then came to pick it up. When we got the food back home and opened it up we were greatly disappointed. Firstly, the egg rolls were burnt on the ends. I still decided to try it anyway but my husband refused. They charged $2 (expensive) per eggroll yet they were the nastiest egg rolls I've ever tasted . The chow mein noodles were dry and bland. The fried rice was bland. I usually LOVE fried rice! Also the portion servings are small. The rangoon my husband got and he let me try was gross. The orange and Kung pao chicken were edible. The honey sesame chicken was really good (or compared to the rest it was). The only saving grace was the fortune cookies, which were freaking delicious. The whole entire experience felt like a overpriced corporate Wish knockoff fast food Chinese cuisine.The food was soulless, expensive, and disgusting. Never buying from here again. We'll just continue going to mom and pop shops, which are cheaper, bigger portion size, and actually tastes good.
This location is always clean and professional. Staff are friendly and accommodating. I recommend the beijing beef.
Great sesame chicken! I get the bigger plate that can feed two for $10.
This is probably the 5th or 6th time. They run out, the food not ready, they're taking breaks, they don't drop the food, wait till they are completely oou when they drop the food. Then the wait time is 30 minutes everyone leaves.
Couldn’t do 2 separate orders in the drive through. And have messed up my order several times.
