McDonalds did a great job with my order today. It only took about two minutes after I placed my order @ 12:10 pm.It was hot and good!
This McDonald’s is usually pretty good besides after 11 PM you’re not allowed to order ice cream which that sucks cause that’s why I go there late. Anyways this evening we went and ordered quarter pounders with cheese big mags couple big doubles french fries and all that I get home and our hamburgers are not cooked ! maybe a fourth of the way on the outside raw inside, red meat, that was it very raw meat on the inside I have pictures. Very upset and disappointed they were shorthanded but that is no excuse for them to serve raw food to people that can make you very sick. Thank goodness I cut mine in half before And noticed it so that I didn’t feed my children raw hamburgers or my husband. Period.
I order through their mobile app, it makes ordering the food quick and easy… you also get deals using the app and earn rewards!! if the lines aren’t long for the drive thru that’s the way I pick up and when I do curbside it’s still not a long wait… The workers have been friendly…
Went thru the drive thru with order did on phone. There are 2 drive thru lanes & wish people were more polite around Alabama & learn to use the turn signals that were put on all vehicles to USE !!
Always enjoy a quiet place to sit down and have a good meal at a fair price. Although the Enterprise Alabama store had dirty tables over by the computer game table.
This McDonald’s is so rude, not only do they mess up my order almost every time but I have to pull up and wait for 4 drinks and when they bring them out it’s missing one… the other day they messed up my drink, I politely said if you would give my puppy a small cup of cool whip I’ll take the messed up Frappe so you won’t have to make another!! So the employee is like okay, she goes to get a little cool whip, Manager starts yelling “ We aint StarBucks!!” Well she got that right cause for one thing Starbucks get drinks right, and they would not hire someone with her attitude!! She treated me like that and I had ordered 60 dollars in food and drinks and I’m a frequent costumer!!
I had ordered a double quarter pounder meal, 10 piece nugget, and a two cheeseburger meal. Well I get home, because it’s late, and I’m tired. My two cheeseburgers ended up being two hamburgers only ketchup. So I call to let them know and they tell me to come back and they’ll have it remade. So I go back up there, tell them why I’m back up there. They give me another bag, which I assumed was my corrected order. I get home, and behold, a small stale old fry, and a bacon McDouble. Again, not what I ordered. Whoever is being put in the drive thru to hand out food, needs to either be retrained, put in a different position, or all around tired. I don’t know how you manage to mess up an order two times within an hour.
Manager was very rude in drive thru because of the app code not accepting at the register. They didn't want to honor the code. Threatening to call the police because I was holding up HIS drive thru. I was very calm and didn't raise my voice. I asked for the owner operator number to report his behavior and he didn't want to write it down to give to me. He acted very disgusting. I didn't even try to order anything after his behavior. He told me his name was Joey when I asked for his name. I seen no name tag.
Great service. Da only complaint I have is there were no napkins n my bag lol. I still love em tho
