They will never ever get a single dang penny from me every again the lady at the drive thr said inside only then she went to the back for 20 min before she ever took my order got home the biscuits are like chewing rubber chicken is so greasy I just gave it all to my dog do your self a favor and don’t stop at this location the only thing worth eating was the corn paid $56.43 just to eat corn I’m not satisfied with this at all
Chicken was not even eatable, we ordered original and got extra crispy. It was fried so hard the crust was like a rock and the meat inside was completely disintegrated. To top it off the biscuits were so hard and brown on top you couldn't bite it, probably because the bottom was left behind on the paper, but not to worry they through acouple of them in with the paper still stuck to them. It was the worst take out order of any establishment I have ever received. We had just unloaded a truck into our new home and were so tired it wasn't worth driving all the way back to get our money back. Worst spent 26.00 dollars I have ever thrown away! They should have a rating of zero stars.
Do not order your food on the website, it will not be ready on time, you'll have to wait for another 20min because ordering 40 minutes in advance wasn't enough time for them to have it ready... also. If you make a complaint you will not recieve an apology from anyone, only a refund. They really don't care enough to call and apologize about the issue. The food we got were hot wings which in fact had my husband sick after eating them, we ended up in the ER TO find out it was food poisoning. It was an awful experience. They are very aware and no apology. No call. Terrible way to handle business.
I love KFC chicken. I got original two-piece dark with cream potatoes, gravy, and coleslaw. I don't have teeth so the coleslaw is a little difficult to chew, but had a good taste. The gravy taste good, cream potatoes were good as well. The chicken is a little greasy, and that's an issue I have always had with KFC. It was juicy and tender.
I don’t usually post reviews on any business however in this case people need to know some things before eating at this KFC, i do understand the lack of being able to keep employees , it seems right now that’s across many businesses. Ok, the complaints: ordered 2 two piece combos white meat which ended up with a breast and a piece of chicken about the size of silver dollar (both combos), can’t make this stuff up. The chicken itself was aged and tough, very obvious, the biscuits were hard. Next, poor selection of fountain drinks, labels just flat out rubbed off so you didn’t know what you were getting, i selected what i thought might be Pepsi which was super flat. There were a couple small issues with the sides i ordered but I’ll let those go. Employees were understanding and provided refund. Its just tough to see this happen to a place my family has enjoyed for so many years. Honestly, this specific KFC should lock the doors.
Ordered online for pickup. Waited the 20 minutes time they told me to come in and get. Went inside and waited 10 minutes before being greeted. I told the young lady I had a pickup and she proceeded to walk away and tell someone to get started on it.
they have been out of the pot pies ? for over a month now and I know for a fact that the dothan kfc's have never been out
Everyone in drive thru was told to pull up and wait for their food. I also had to wait. The chicken tenders I received were cold. I have no idea why everyone had to pull up and wait because nothing was fresh. KFC did not give me the biscuits and left out a side with my order. Worst chicken place in town.
I just went to the drive-through and asked if they had grilled chicken, and the lady obviously couldn't hear me. I had to keep repeating myself. Then the lady at KFC gave me attitude!!! She huffed and puffed over the mic. I guess she didn't realize that I could hear her. I drove away not satisfied with anything KFC did.
Not good. We went through the drive thru and we were looking at the menu and the lady taking our order stated we needed to get out of line until we decided. My husband told her no one is behind us. Then when we get to the window the nearly threw the food at us. Just plain rude.
