I ordered delivery one of my sandwiches was the lulu and it didn’t have any bacon on it. I paid for two sides of ranch and didn’t get either and my drinks didn’t come with straws. I tried calling the store twice and the phone just continued to ring.
Made an order on the JJ app for delivery, had been called by the store 5-10 mins after they didn't have a driver. Said it's alright I'll come pick it up. I come pick it up and I'm still being charged a delivery fee of 2.99;I point it out to the nice lady, she gets somone else who's in charge I would say.She says they can't do anything about it because it's an online order,gave me the most dead-face look ive seen. Yea,just paid more tax and a delivery fee for going to the store to pick it up. I recommend not ordering online for delivery, or else this might happen to you. I recommend calling the store instead,but seeing some reviews about calling the store,well that's up to you.
I placed an order on 11/21 at 5pm and by 5:30pm, I called the store nonstop and could never get a hold of anyone. I called the store several times and it just rang. I tried to cancel my order. By 6pm, I decided to go ahead and eat something else. I called the store repetitively from 530p to around 715p to cancel the order. I finally received a notification that my order was out for delivery. My order was received 2 hours later. I am huge JJ fan, but this store in particular has been a huge disappointment the past few months. I did contact customer service twice but never received a response.

If u have ever went to jjs and thought “omg it can’t be that hard to make a sandwich” you’re literally right. It is NOT HARD TO MAKE A JJS sandwich. So when you get ur sandwich wrong more than 2 times it’s actually bewildering. I worked there for more than a year with a management team that made my job the highlight of my day and worked their very hardest (who ended up getting fired for who knows why) and today I walked in to get a sandwich (which was made wrong of course) which we had to wait forever for because bread had ran out. I have no idea what corporate has done to this store but it is so bad, people literally do not know what they’re Doing and probably don’t care to, I have no idea why people still go there. It must be nice to be the person who gets their sandwich made right on the first go.
What is a plane sandwich cheese and meat only? And all accessories on the side .I ordered Three sandwiches the same NOT ONE WAS RIGHT!!!!!! AND ALSO I FORGOT TO SAY I ORDERED SIX BAGS OF CHIPS NEVER GOT A BAG OF THEM,I would be very ashamed to be apart of this place . I ordered 3 sandwiches that come with cheese and requested no cheese on them. I get charged .99 for cheese on another sandwich?. The bread was hard, not soft like typical Jimmy John’s bread, spent $26 on sandwiches to not have one napkin in the to go bag.
