I had great service at the Huddle House this morning In Enterprise Alabama With a great breakfast, my hostess were Tonya the District Manager. She were very awesome. She’s a keeper. Thank you Huddle House for your service ❤️
I went to Huddle House this morning and I had a wonderful service from all staff. The district manager Tonya went Way Beyond her duty. She told us all about the specials and and make sure that we was getting the best deals that they had to offer that morning. She also came back and checked on us and make sure that everything was great. I really do appreciate the service like that before I start my day. Thanks again Huddle House! I will be coming back again!
The service was good, but the food was horrible. My wife had an omelet and raisen toast, there was so much butter she couldn't taste the toast. I had country fried steak. That was way over cooked and old, tasted like fried rubber. We were so disappointed.
Just moved to town and never heard of them before. I always loved Waffle House and this is damn near the same thing. Kinda pricey, but worth it. Honest waitresses and she made the experience much better. I will absolutely be returning.
Let me say first that this a fine establishment but I I have to give my review based on my experiences. I like the food and most of the service but it's this one guy that I believe is the manager or waiter trainer who is bothersome. He even tried to take my plate that I wasn't finished with without asking if I was finished! He is normally there during the day so if you go in the evening you should be ok!
Me and my family went in to dine and was greeted got out drinks and my husband water was refilled twice before we got our food which was 45 mins after we entered no one seemed to care about if any of the customers got their food on time or even how long anyone sat there I just feel like everyone can use a customer class and then the waitress gave me such an attitude cause I didn’t press tip in the credit card machine and rushed away and then on her way back I thought she was gonna knock me over I have never went anywhere and wanted to hit my hostess.
Food was off big time today. Cold grits, raw eggs, and bread instead of toast. Even the pancakes were undercooked. The 2 stars are for the server. He was a nice guy. Should have said something to someone, but after waiting 30 minutes for a 2 egg breakfast and kids pancakes I was too frustrated and just left.I give up, tired of spending good money.
Typical simple restaurant. Very polite and courteous help. My girlfriend and I like to meet here before we go about the town.
Waited 45 mins for 2 orders of eggs, bacon, and a pancake.Never got the food, they told us there was still two people ahead of us so we left. Food takes too long.
Pretty decent food at an affordable price. Server was friendly and accommodating but had to take a star for them not being able to add steak to my stuffed Hash Browns :/
