I have gone to this particular Hardee's location 2 separate times... Both times my card was declined. I was given no explanation, although I have money in the bank. Today 4/7/22 I went and it was once again declined. I spoke to the manager about this and she told me they do not accept that certain card. I informed her that I would go and get cash. She handed me my order and said that it is complimentary. I work in customer service myself, so I know how frustrating it can be.. I did not get her name, but that was a very kind gesture.
Despite busy Sunday morning our food was fresh and hot, not to mention delicious! Staff was polite and efficient.
I wasn't pleased with their chocolate shake it tasted like vanilla and was lumpy in the middle. The color also was more white than brown ? got my money back. The cashier lied about what's in it then walked off bc I didn't like it. Lol the manager acted like she had an attitude bc I didn't like it lol. Oh well. I just went to the one in ozark and got it like I wanted. I still love Hardee's ❤ good menu if they know what they doing ?
I woke up excited this morning to eat a hot honey chicken sandwich, I went to Hardees and I got a chicken biscuit with no honey. The only thing they got right was my dr pepper
There were only 2 employees working. We were expecting to have to wait for our food. Not only were they very quick, but our food was also hot!
Don’t go here unless you like pieces of your order left out. The last two times i’ve visited this location they’ve left something out of my order. Ordered a biscuit and gravy and they left out the biscuit. Ordered a hash round today and it was no where to be found. Will never visit again.
Big burgers are really good. Breakfast is even better. And, am so glad they serve chili dogs again!Update 12/12/2021: Sadly, Hardee's no longer serves chili dogs. They ceased their sale many years ago, then resumed offering them. Now they are gone again. MAKE UP YOUR MIND!!
