My Sub was quickly made and my chili was hot. I was in and out in less then 10-15 mins with my take out. Love Firehouse subs and the staff is always so polite.
Food was great, people are somewhat friendly. Maybe need some new exhaust fans, it was super smokey inside

Order of the app for curbside pick up because i have a 30 minute lunch break. Well i get there And wait for my food for about 10 minutes and nothing. Thats because my food was sitting inside getting cold.
Food is great, I was shorted on grilled onions, found 2 on steak sub. Otherwise delicious.
My company ordered sandwiches for al of us, as a Chrstmas treat. And I have to asked....× where was the meat?? . We had the turkey or han sandwiches to chose from. Each of the sandwiches had 2 very thin slices of protein. Some lettuce and tomatoes slapped on top. That was the first time I had food from there. Personally I will never eat or rider from there again. Totally overrated
Had a great sandwich (engineer) after a long ride up from FL to see family. Always great be back in my old stomping grounds. Staff was courteous and mostly pleasant (looked like they had a long day, but still greeted me and whatnot nicely). Place was pretty clean and swept. Took a little more time than normal to get my sandwich but the online orders, too, so I get it. Not a complaint to be had here last night and thanks for filling the belly when I needed it most!
Not the quickest place, but worth the time. Been several times. Never disappointed. Best subs out there.
Employees are extremely helpful. Wonderful service!
