Service was amazing, good was bland and took an hour. Fries were cold, one dinner came 10 minutes after the rest

Just recently moved from Los Angeles CA and decided to try this place that claimed their food is tex mex well that's not really the case. It is not authentic Tex Mex sorry to say. There was no Hispanic/Mexican cook in sight. (Not trying to be rude) The only enjoyable item was their Margaritas which were decent. If you guys give me a job I can definitely help you out and tell you how real tex me is done. Im fully bilingual in English and Spanish and of Aztec, Mexican and Spanish lineage?

The bar drinks are great and most of the food items I’ve had have been good. I would say it’s a decent place to eat but honestly San Marcos is the best Mexican restaurant in Enterprise.
I was very disappointed with the chicken fingers. I was expecting regular chicken fingers, instead I was served french fries sized strips of processed chicken. The onion rings tasted ok but very greasy. It being my first time there,I was quite disappointed ☹️
