I've NEVER had such a terrible experience at a drive thru. We pulled up and we're asked to wait "a minute please". Several minutes go by. Several more. I could not pull forward bc I could not tell if there were cars at the window I would have to wait behind. 17 minutes go by. I decide to just go forward anyway and they ask for our order. 6 strawberry sprinkles,6 chocolate covered. Simple right? Nope. They are out of chocolate. Ok so 6 powdered. They only had 3. We get to the window and I pay. They are still asking what we want because they do not have that either. Finally we got the box. On the way home my son opens it and looks to find out what we got was not what we ordered. And they were stale too. This was a Monday afternoon. All I know is Dunkin lost us for good. I don't recommend them to anyone, especially the Enterprise AL location.

The lady working this evening was absolutely amazing. She was kind, uplifting, and she really left an impact on me. After talking she informed me she was the only one working the whole day running the whole place by herself. She had such a great attitude about it and didn't let it get her down. This woman deserves a raise and so much more in life. I truly am blessed I came across her and her encouraging words that I really needed to hear!

There is this one manager who is very sweet. Me and my boyfriend go there daily just about (she recommended I get a raspberry matcha latte, which was good!), I usually don’t have too many issues here, but the staff is rotated out, so some new staff may get the order wrong. However, I’ve met plenty of friendly faces there.

Pull into emptu drivethru because front doirs are locked. Order medium hot coffee with extra cteam and sugar, hash browns and a chicken criossant. Gives me coffee black with no sugar or cream. No hash browns in bag. Had to go back. Literally only customer and not busy. What is wrong with you all. Happens too much. Hence review this time.

This place is horrible doesn't deserve 1 star! Employees don't care about their jobs, it's not kept up with, management is down right rude and unprofessional. They need to close for good and let Starbucks take over with some people who have class and respect!!!

Maybe I picked the wrong time of day, but I wanted to treat myself and my family with donuts. The place I usually go was sold out, so I thought I'd try Dunkin. Disappointing is all I can say. Donuts were overcooked, as in tasting slightly burned, not end of the day dry. The girl getting me the donuts in front of the cash registers and CC things sent me to the pick up counter for the other girl to run my CC at the drive in register. This made no sense to me seeing as how we're all so encouraged to do the touch less thing now. I haven't patronized a Dunkin in years due to the company promoting employee disrespect to police authority in the past (not here of course). This did NOT convince me to repatronize the company. Sorry.

No longer offering veggie egg whites!!!!! But they said they are getting a new supplier so I look forward to seeing what they bring. Service has gone from 1 to 10. The long lines and long waits are gone. Warm did, not burnt out cold. Fantastic drinks.

Arrived 30min before closing. They made a fresh brew of decaf. Thanks

Idk how long its been since some of these reviews but my service here today was excellent. I got my order in minutes the place was clean the staff was helpful in telling me recommendations and the donuts where fresh. For my very first time in a dunkin donuts I was happy.

I like my coffee strong. So being that espresso is an option on the menu, I want an extra shot every time. But this Dunkin is almost a hit or miss with the machine working. I compare it to McDonald’s ice cream machine that’s conveniently always broken. Service is hit or miss also, depends on who is working that day. I think they should offer these employees a class on making coffee, being that it is served there. 3 weeks now with a broken espresso machine…Bad business. Gotta do better!
