service was very slow. Seemed like manager was the only one that could run register. table area in center was closed off due to restaurant clutter. fountain machine did not work
Drive thru took 20 minutes, had to repeat my order 3 times because the girl was not understanding simple instructions, and after receiving the item made wrong and asking for one thing fixed, received it back completely wrong with 2 completely new toppings.
This Dairy Queen has really improved. Lighting for the parking area has helped a lot. Dipped cones are still a treat as an adult
Our visit stunk. Service from the young girl was horrible. She acted like She didn't want to be their and didn't want us there either. She made us two milk shakes for $10 that nothing but flavored watery milk. Enterprise AL Dairy Queen our recomendation is run yes run fast to somewhere else.
The ranch was watery. Also the sign shows a chicken breast filet on the chicken sandwich and I received chicken fingers on my sandwich. When i ask why I was told that ls how it comes. In that case you should change your sign. However the restaurant was clean so that's a plus!
Food was terrible the items we purchased didn't have the advertised items on the burgers a piece of bacon about the size of your thumb was told that the picture on the window was a higher priced item want be going back
Fry's were stale&cold I asked no mustard they put it on anyway left very dissatisfied
My daughter works here, I love their new pumpkin cookie shake. Awesome
