Order a chicken Caesar salad delivered and got no chicken… called and told them, they said I could drive there and pick up a side of chicken…. I had it delivered for a reason… was not willing to do anything else. Try and support a local business and receive crappy service and support. Unbelievable
The food is ok but not worth the high prices. And last time I went the raised prices. $13.99 for spaghetti is ridiculous. I don’t eat meat but still have to pay that price for it since meatballs are included. I will stick with DiFilippos in Ozark. Larger portions for lower prices.
First time eating here. They were understaffed so service was slow and I understand that. They had a guy playing some good live music and the staff was super friendly. We had the spaghetti and meatballs and the shrimp pasta. It was way overcooked Angel hair pasta instead of spaghetti. The sauce and meatballs had zero flavor.
Tonight we decided to have a quick dinner at Cafe Roma before going out. There was only one server running the entire dining room and she did an amazing job. She promptly seated everyone, handed out menus, took orders, attended to each table while serving meals and rocked it while not even breaking a sweat. She accomplished all that while providing good customer service with a cheerful attitude. I sure as hell hope everyone left her great tips because she was deserving of it! The food was delicious and hot... We'll definitely be returning☺️
Very nice restaurant with friendly staff. The food was phenomenal. I will definitely come back to this establishment.
A nice change for our town.ln the area most choices are very limited to chicken or hamburgers . I love the lasagna and bread (more like thin pizza), my husband usually get cajun shrimp or chicken alfredo. Also, I love the music it offers.
It is absolutely delicious!! pizza,the California wrap,chicken parm. all very yummy!! Ricco peach Moscato? & omg the blueberry cobbler white chocolate cheese cake fabulous!! service is great & the 3 server's are very nice,cool & awesome at their job. Go Eat,drink there for sure!!
I ordered with Door Dash, and was missing an item when it was delivered. I called Door Dash first and they were no help at all, so I called Cafe Roma. The woman on the phone was so polite and helpful. She personally called Door Dash, got them to send another driver, and we got all our food and a little extra. Fantastic customer service, and we plan to make this a regular spot to eat in. Highly recommend for delicious food and 10/10 customer service.
If you're looking for a lot of food that will definitely make you miserably full, this is the place to go. The food is pretty good as well as the atmosphere. The staff is really nice too. I've had a few things that were a bit dry, but for the most part everything is pretty good
First time at this establishment. Walked in today around noon with my fiance. The place was not busy at all. The open tables when we first walked in, had liquid marks from cups and the receipt/check folders on them. Waited behind three ladies at the cashier counter who wanted to pay their bill. It took a while before someone came over to assist them. Finally, the ladies were taken care of. There was no greeting towards the two of us. Fiance and I were told to seat ourselves. We walked further into the restaurant to select a place to sit. At each open table or booth we walked over to, there was some sort of liquid, crumbs, tip money, receipt/check folders, or a combination of that to greet us. No-one came over to clean off any of the tables. No-one seemed to care that we couldn't find a clean table to seat ourselves. We didn't feel welcomed, comfortable, nor appreciated. We walked out without our presence ever being acknowledged. We went to Mellow Mushroom instead where we were immediately greeted, seated, and served.
