Absolute worst service I’ve ever experienced. Disgusting parking lot, food wasn’t cooked well. Waited at the window for 20 minutes on one burger and some chicken fries. Do better BK or shut down

Don't do it don't do it do not be tempted by the flame broil u used to love. Where to get started we waited in line for over 30 mins saw a lady touching her braids then food no gloves. When we got our order it was all wrong no mayo lettuce everywhere when we requested none . Nothing was fresh except the fish and fries I'm guessing they dropped together. The burgers was horrendous stale not warm it was bad. Then riddle me this u see this nice fish sandwich with a good size fish on there u get it and it's smaller than McDonald's. They forgot the sauce with the moz sticks. Do yourself a favor go somewhere else.
Staff was very unorganized and appeared to lack competent leadership. Food was very slow arriving. Burgers were not up to BK standards. Buns were cold and borderline stale. Fries were good. No condiments, napkins, straws etc were available without asking for them at the counter which required a wait. Floor was sticky,. Dining area was freezing cold and had many tables that needed wiped down. Several customers remarked about how cold it was and we went to the car and got jackets and sweatshirts to wear while we ate. Restroom was dirty.
I understand the world is understaffed right now and things are hard. I have worked in food service. But 45 min for two chicken sandwiches is beyond ridiculous. It was an online order.... So not only are we supposed to wait the 30 min for the prep time after ordering online... But an ADDITIONAL 45 MIN ONCE WE GET THERE? What in the world is going on.Update: fiance and I both are extremely sick from the food. :( Food poisoning. Please change the oil out burger king....
Well, I have been standing here for almost 20 min, I still have not gotten my drinks or food. I can’t even get the drinks myself because the drink machine is out of carbonation and ice. I told them that 10 min ago and still no one has come out to change the carbonation, add ice, or offer to fill up our cups from the back.
Slowest burger kind I have ever been to in my life this is crazy! The wait was close to half an hour had people turning around because we waited so long. 3rd time this has happened to us at this location
Hands down the worst “fast” food restaurant in America. I waited 20 mins before anyone said anything to me (drive thru) there were no cars in the parking lot or in front of me at the window so I’m not entirely sure why it took them so long to ask my order. During this time I saw multiple cooks come out to smoke… This store definitely needs an overhaul and all new employees!
WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! Waited 15 mins to get out order taken inside..and than waiting 20 mins just for the food to be ready! And when we received our food they messed up the burger! Never ordering and dining in again!
This is the worst Burger King to go to. Awful customer service when they have any up front. Had to wait a while on my food on a mobile order. Please keep some good people who wants to work.
