Very disappointed with the food quality and service of this place. We were literally the only customers in the restaurant and it still took almost 30 minutes just to get the appetizer. And then when we finally got our boneless wings, they tasted terrible and were rock solid (could barely even stab them with a fork). You could tell from the start that even the waitress didn't want to be there. I usually try not to be too harsh having worked in the food industry myself for years, but there was just no reason why this place should've been this awful today.
Tonight me and my boyfriend went to beefs for our 2nd anniversary, and I must say this is the WORST experience I have ever had at a restaurant. I asked for boneless wings, and I got chicken nuggets(?), Even worse is that some had fat/raw/mystery meat, I also asked for ranch twice and never received any. And the most delightful part was the cricket crawling all over the floor and not one person tried to stop it, absolutely appalled. The only waitress that actually seemed to care for us was the one who checked us out, she was the only one to asked if we were okay, needed any refills, or anything that a person paid to be doing a job should be doing easily. Very disappointed tonight.
Took forever to get served and forever to get the bill. Floors are very greasy and dangerous. Would not recommend
Husband and I sat at the bar for our date night.The place was crowded and busy. We ordered an appetizer and 2 entries. Took 25 minutes for our order to be taken another 20 minutes for our appetizer to get to us(It was good,hot and fresh) we sat for another almost 25 minutes and still didn't get our food. When we asked a server for our check because it was taking so long she got an attitude with us. We won't be going back.
Service was good but majority of my food came out cold . Only my fish was fresh . My fries & Mac n cheese could of been made at home. Highly disappointed.
As usual, everything was great. The food was delicious and more than I could eat. It was also brought out very quickly and my server was polite as always.
We visited Beef's for our annual January group birthday dinner and there were more than a few of us. (Twelve to be precise.) The waitress was amazing. I wish I'd gotten her name, but it slipped my mind.I ordered the barbecue bacon chicken sandwich with fries and a sweet tea to drink. It came out steaming hot and even after letting it sit for a while, still burned my mouth when I bit into it. The curly fries were almost as hot and I cleaned my plate.Best meal I've had a Beef O'Brady's in a while.
This is the 3rd time I have ordered from beef obradys. The first time was a pickup order. Ranch was all over the bag. 2nd time I ordered my order was canceled. Now this is the last time I will order from them. I ordered boneless wings and fries. A 30.79 order, I received bone in wings. And trying to call the restaurant and phone goes directly to voice-mail that isn't even set up. Another $30.00 order. That I want eat.
The servers and bartender are always pleasant and make sure they take care of you. The food is hit or miss. Most of the time it’s just Ok. The drinks are great! We will go back because the service is so good. Thank you, ladies!
My kids and I love their wings, and have yet to ever have a problem.We have done dine in and take out without any problems. Even during some of their busiest times (Sunday Lunch) I have never had to wait for service or food delivery.
