While the crew was fantastic (Tyree waited on me and he was phenomenal), I had to wait on my French Dip sandwich. That's not a problem at all, having worked in fast food just out of high school and into college, I understand that the drive through takes priority and I accept that. But my friend were put on my tray while I waited. At one point, the young lady who was working the window actually came over and told me that they were waiting on my friend as some were cooking. Shortly after that I got my complete order and sat down to eat.The fries were room temperature. Ugh. I ate them, however, and my sandwich was hot (especially after dipping it into the au jus). Overall a 50/50 experience, thus the 3 star rating. The restaurant cleanliness was good overall, with the only things that caught my attention being 3-4 tables with leftover full condiment packs on them and a stack of about 12-15 empty trays on one of they trash can enclosures. The condiment packs on so many tables seemed to imply that the tables hadn't been wiped in quite a bit. (I was the only person inside the restaurant even though the drive through was fairly busy.) And the quite large stack of trays gave the impression that they had maybe endured a rush within the last 20-30 minutes. That's what I choose to believe, anyway, as the only other alternative is just neglect of the dining room area.Food was meh overall. Hot sandwich, cold fries. It was a push.Crew was great. Friendly, using my name in conversation, singing, and having a good time while working together. They made me smile.

The food is usually average. That being said they will shut down all the lights and signs up to 2 hours before closing so that way people don't think they're open and are usually standing outside smoking, My wife and I went through the drive-thru and they said we close in an hour acting like they didn't want to work so we decided to take our business elsewhere

Had a Birthday e-mail from Arby's which was for a small curly fry & small milk shake. So I stopped by after work with my printed e-mail information out & with it being St. Patrick's Day thought the corn beef rubin would be great to try. When I arrived & parked went to door & the Manager Mr. Brian opened the door & let me in. He was very nice & did my order personally & since it was a Birthday e-mail he provided my Ruben sandwich for free also. With many thank yous to Mr. Brian for my Birthday Dinner.

Ordered two large roast beef sandwiches with regular fries, one French dip, one hero two curly fries with the other meals. We received 4 orders of curly fries, (no regular), 2 large roast beef(the only thing they got right), and no French dip at all!!!???

Great food. They always make sure everything is just how I ordered it.

Person taking order had attitude and when finally got order after pulling up and waiting no dipping sauce with French dip sandwich and three orders of fries upside down in bag. Did not mind waiting used to that but you would think after I had to wait they could get every thing in bag and right side up.

mold on my wrap, ordered a club wrap and received something with just turkey, cheese and lettuce. husbands sandwich had undercooked bacon on it and daughter's chicken nuggets were more breading then chicken.

Last night I pulled up to Arby’s about 8:50pm 10 minutes till 9pm close for the night. I wait for a couple of minutes and then pulled up to the drive through window. Two ladies were up front talking away and cleaning up as the looked at me. I said it not 9pm and can you take my order. They kept on cleaning. I just rolled up my window and left Arby’s not happy person!

I love the roast beef sandwich and curly fries. Fresh and hot.

The sandwiches that we ordered were dry. They barely put sauce on them and were just thrown together. Fries were also cold!
