The dark brown hair girl is amazing with big smiles and very welcoming - but the guy and other girl are so rude to customers, laugh at them behind their backs, get impatient when customers when trying to decide what to order and when they ask questions - and THAT is why I’m giving the low rating. I have witnessed this personally several times while eating there and they are most rude to overweight women and I’ve watched them make fun of them, make hand gesture, make faces like they are throwing up, and roll their eyes after the customer walks away. It’s horrible and shame on them. The food is amazing but these two are terrible representatives. Why be so nasty we’re all humans with hearts.
Food is good but the portions are small. Got a large and half the bowl is filled. Disappointing.
Customer service is wonderful! I don't know her name but the same Lady has always been there when we go and she is so nice and helpful. She makes sure you are taken care of. The food is always fresh and great! We will keep going back.
We love this place. When I tell my 14 year old son he can pick whatever he wants, we end up here. The Fire Volcano bowl is amazing!

So if you close your kitchen at 8:30 then it needs to be posted somewhere. Came in at 8:35 to get a chicken bowl and was told the kitchen was closed so they couldn't do it. Look my point is that if you close at 9, close at 9. I think he just didn't want to get the grill dirty again so he told me that. But if your closing the kitchen at 8:30 then change your time to reflect that. Other than that I eat here all the time and love the food. But dang I felt betrayed tonight.
OMG, I had been putting off try Ahi Poke because I wasn't sure what to expect. But the food is so incredibly good and fresh. It's similar to a giant sushi bowl. Highly recommend trying it!
Very nice staff, superb food quality and presentation. I wish I lived closer as this would be a regular spot.
