The food was good and hot. But I think the AC unit was on the brink cause it was warm in there and the cashier was pouring in sweat.
Went to Zaxby's when I got off of work to get me there Sweet and sassy traditional wings well to my phone my car was because they were doing maintenance on bank card(you know what I mean!)Leave so to my disappointment I had to cancel my order leave go home research what was going on with my card went back later ran to the ATM pull the cash out for the car so what it was what I wanted broke my neck getting to the next bus before they closed and when I got there they'll find was wrapped around the building and the parking lot was full and of course I was the last car that pulls in the line!!With my luck I just knew my car will get to the drive-thru speaker and they would say work clothes so I pull out the line and I left, let's just say it was not my day to get wings!! So my story should tell you if plan is wrapped around the building and exactly 8:45, they obviously have slap your mama (not mine of course) food!!
The white cheddar bites & fried pickles are out of this world, but the inside of the store was a wreck! Granted it was 12 pm, maybe there was early rush, but the staff was on point! Food was hot & fresh!
Great food. Service was ok at first and then diminished. The order was misplaced and took forever to get. The tables in the dining area were not properly cleaned. I had to clean my table myself.
Don’t know if the girl upfront was new or what but was not helpful at all!!! Kept talking to coworkers and the dining room was very messy. Will not be back to this location
This was a bad experience. There was only 2 people working the front and one of them was on drive thru. They had not put the tea out or even made it yet. It took us 45 minutes to get our food. They need to train their front people how to be nicer.
Always win with me except they try to give already prepared food instead of freshly cooked.For instance the "French Fries".They put more overcooked and dried more than golden as their photos present.I love my fries without salt ordered fresh upon ordering.That's my only complaint!!
I get back to work with my lunch, and the zax sauce has a hole in it. I would go back, but I only get 30 minutes for lunch
I got to give Zaxby's on Montgomery Hwy their credit ... Even though they had a drive-thru line to the road and a almost full dinning area ... We waited 15 mins.. for our food .. and it was worth it .. food was HOT.. Customer Service was on 10!! .. Sometimes it's not the wait ... It's how it's presented
