Hated it!!! I am so use to the one by Southside Wal-Mart they spoil me just by doing their job and doing ir extremely well, I tried this one because it was on my way home and was highly disappointed. The fries were not cooked all the way, they forgot my coleslaw, bread was like toast was like cardboard and when ordering the cashier kept over talking me causing me to have to repeat the order several times. I will never!!!! Maybe it's management, if so manager get this score in order.
Make sure to count your items in the drivethrough. Had to come back because they didn't provide our full order of wings and got no apology and just the single item. As a manager don't even bother commenting, you've trained these people, I won't be back. #originalSauce
First time going to this location but I had a amazing experience!! Nice and friendly service and a clean place!! Food was hot and fresh A+

Went to the drive thru last night. Ordered at 8:45. They close at 9:00. I wanted a salad. Was told they didn’t have any salads.Well unbeknownst to whoever took my order…I know an employee who works there and was told they had plenty of items to prepare a salad.Do better Zaxby’s. Your customer service really has gone down hill. Hire people who are willing to assist instead of lazy girls who are only there to get a paycheck or stay on the phones.
The best grilled chicken salads you can get in a drive thru.

Slow service with not care in the world!!!Was told order would be ready in 9 mins and 49 mins and 8 cars moved through the drive through before we got cold food.
In my opinion this is the best Zaxby's in the wiregrass! They are friendly, their food is fresh and they work well to get it out in a timely manner.
