This is the worst establishment to go to. I am a Dasher & every time I come to this location, there is an older woman that is very rude and has called me out of my name. & also, at night, nobody is never on the headset , I have to pull up & knock on the window just to tell them I’m picking up an order.
Decided to stop by Wendy's drive through on our way home from Mexico Beach, FL. just to grab something to hold us over till we got home. This was on 07-19-2022 around 12:30 CST. We drove up to the drive through and was told their credit card machine was down and the sale is to be Cash only, we said OK...We ordered (2) #1 Dave's hamburger meals, one with a coke the other a sweet tea, nothing else, girl on the speaker said it would be $17, and change... got to the window another girl said it would be $20.22 like the year... for (2) #1 meals???? Didn't think much about at the time since I was talking on the phone with work and all... but as we got down the road opened the wrap on the hamburgers and both buns and cheese was COLD, the cheese hadn't even MELTED. It's as if they had taken a regular hamburger and fixed it up for a Dave's #1 burger... Fries were the only thing warm... Had I not been on the road already and needed to get home I would have turned around and walked in the store and spoke to the manager and demanded a fresh burger...Oh and there was NO receipt in the bag so I could see how much the food was... Sure as hell won't be coming back to this Wendy's ever again. RW
They need to close this store down. Dirty, lack of workers that show up on time. Always an excuse as to why you cannot order. Used to be one of the top places in Dothan. Has gone so far downhill.
Well first off there wasn’t no signs saying you couldn’t dine in.Then one of the employees just staring at us couldn’t be polite and civil and let us know or say anything to us while she just watch us get out and everything. That place should be shut down. Service is bad employees are rude. It’s the nastiest Wendy’s in Dothan.
This place is the absolute worst!! I have given this place chance after chance in the hopes that it would get better....Nope! I literally just spent 15+ minutes in the drive thru, 2 cars pulled off ahead of me without ordering. I sat at the intercom asking if I can place my order, then even ask if they were even open. There were 3-4 employees here, one sitting in her car, another looks to have been talking to relatives on the other side of the building. I pulled up the the window after getting no response and sat there an additional 2+ minutes, one employee walked by as if I wasn't there. Every week, there is a different excuse from, only taking cash to, not taking orders for 15 more minutes, also the system is rebooting , or the card machine is restarting, to not fully staffed to even take orders. At this point close it down. It's not a place of convenience, it's a complete waste of time. Im Confused by the lack of response by the owner after reading these other 1-2 star reviews....
This is the worst Wendy’s ever! On multiple occasions after 7:30-8pm, you can’t get service at the drive though. The employees are there but they ignore the drive through and will not take orders. I like a Wendy’s and close to my house but I think it ridiculous to be open and not take orders from customers.
WOW! This place has just about hit rock bottom!!! And I paid $10 for what should have been a "value meal"! I have always preferred Wendy's over others but if this is the only one to chose from, I will go elsewhere!
Stopped through town to eat here, and wished we hadn’t. The servers were kind, and the food (although our order was inaccurately made) was fresh and tasty. They corrected their mistakes right away. The issue was with the CLEANLINESS. This location was gross. Our shoes stuck to the carpet with each step. No tables or chairs were clean. The mens urinal was dirty, the hot water permanently running, and no paper towels. It smelled like a latrine. No napkins were out and available. We wish we had chosen another place to dine.
I highly don’t recommend eating at this establishment more specifically this location. Let me tell y’all, they not suppose to close till 11 they tell y’all the system down bout 9/9:30 so they wouldn’t have to take orders. Customer service poor as hell they talk to you any kind of way, they be having guns laying round distributing drugs out of there and all . And they dirty too they leave the cold condiments and things wide open just sitting there cheese be old and hard bread be old and stale and baby don’t tell them they messed yo order up , might as well just get a refund and gone bout yo business cause they gone give you the same exact food and hope you don’t check it again . They never answer the phone it takes forever for somebody to come to the intercom then you still got to wait a extra 20 mins for you food. They’ll tell you the system down then pull you to the window and take your order and pocket the money too ! I personally know all this cause I’m a former employee and I have proof I will be going to corporate . - a mad black woman
Waited a long time for food. Said they were short handed. Most disappointed when the food was cold. Bun hard as a brick around edges. I love Wendy's but I can't pay that price for something that is not hot and good . Sorry
