My Husband ordered a bacon cheeseburger. It came out without the bacon, when he took it up to the counter, they looked confused as to what to do. 3 employees handled (actually placed their hands on his burger) it, then instead of making him a new one, handed his burger back with a bowl of bacon for him to fix it himself. I realize businesses are having difficulty finding, let alone keeping Good employees, but at some point just having a warm body in your store working is not acceptable. Customer Service is apparently a thing of the past. Will not give this Restaurant my business ever again.
I pull up to drive thru and a female comes over speaker and mumbles something. I ask he what she said and she rudely says "thank you for choosing Wendy's but our system is down". I asked "that means I can't order food? thinking maybe she meant their card system was down. She rudely states Our syste. Is down like I was just an idiot for asking. Frustrated with her attitude, I said "then close the restaurant ". As I pull around to leave, this girl hollers "b$c, your @$$ better keep driving" while some older lady (sadly, probably management hollers BYE" ummmm...I. what world do people actually act like that. One. I am calling corporate Momday morning. 2. Management might want to do a better job of teaching employees threatening customers can get one arrested or worse. Terrible. Thankfully, I have kids in the car so I will handle this at a corporate level.
Our order was correct! The lobby is nice, it needs some cleaning but they seem under-staffed so I'm not holding it against them. It was still presentable and I felt comfortable eating inside.
Great burgers. Closes whenever they want. No regard hours. Pulled up to the drive thru recently, employees were standing around talking. Told me at drive thru they were closing and not taking orders.thid was 7ish in the evening. I'll assume they've gone out of business.too bad for Wendy's.
I don't eat here but my family does. It would be nice if they offered Vegan options bc we would definitely come more often. Staff is depending on whom is working which is sad to say but it's the truth. Some people shouldn't work in fast food and it shows here.
Drive-thru line us always wrap around the building. Ordered on mobile app and was yelled at out the window to back up, in front of other customers, to the drive thru window ?
Good all around burger. Great fries. Good fast food restaurant.
Great service. People working are very nice. Food was good. Only thing the dining room closes at 2 in the afternoon. I prefer to sit down and eat.
The drive thru person was rude and now they only take cash… sounds sketchy. People need to learn how to work in customer service and dealing with the public. She had attitude from the beginning. If you don’t like your job quit or find something else. You do have a choice..
This was my first time visit for breakfast I really enjoyed the bacon, egg,and cheese biscuit and seasoned potatoes the food was hot and delicious and the service was efficient
