I do not always continue to frequent a business that doesn't act like she wants my business, but I'll give her a pass: young, immature, and having a bad day? You can have an ok product (but this place has the best smoothies in town), yet if you treat your customers poorly, they will go elsewhere. Remember, the first person your customer sees determines a return visit. I'll still go back.
The food is really good along with their smoothies and some of the staff are super nice!!
Tropical Smoothie Cafe never disappoints. From delicious smoothies that you can customize, to delicious and healthy food options I always opt for TSC on a date night out with the missus.
Rediculous!!!! I love eating at this place but they NEVER answer the phone, NEVER! Every time I order online, they never follow directions so I have to call in my order and every single time, no answer!! ANSWER THE PHONE PEOPLE!!
The food is good but the smoothies leave a little to be desired. Service is good albeit a little indifferent.

I love the Tropical Smoothie Ross Clark Circle location! The employees in the mornings are fantastic! Only issue I see is they keep running out of inventory. A few weeks ago it was smoothie cups and now they have been out of the big straws for over a week. I bring my own but it is annoying. Hopefully that issue will be fixed soon.
My FAVORITE TSC .. been to some in Tallahassee ( and visit many across the US), and this one beats them hands down. CLEAN , friendly helpful staff and always excellent food and service.
