Highly do not recommend going to this location. Every time I have gone to this one they seem to mess up my order. The final time they messed it up 4 times in a row. Never got my $1 editable straw. If you have do not have allergies or have a specific modification then it is ok. But if you are allergic to dairy or meat then stay far away from here. Was not worth the $22 I spent. Specially since I had to go out there for a delivery for their screw up....Update after eating the food it made me sick. I had nothing else to eat. Highly likely the lax my food.
I was there on Sunday and re-ordered my order from the week prior in the app. When we got to the shop to pic up our order, there was at least 5 cars ahead of us. We received our order which was wrong, in smaller cups, and seeing that the employees were overcome with a lot of business. I started to go back but chose to let you know there was an issue that needs to be fixed.
You basically have to order on their app to get a smoothie I have called a total of 15 + times, no one answered the phone. I don't really like downloading different apps on my phone.
I VISITED TROPICAL SMOOTHIE CAFE TODAY. I ORDERED A GREEN MACHINE & A PINEAPPLE/MANGO SMOOTHIE, THE YOUNG LADY THAT TIOK MY ORDER WAS NEW AND DID NOT KNOW THE ORDER/SMOOTHIE WELL THAT I REQUESTED. AN ASSISTANT ASSOCIATE CAME OVER TO THE REGISTER TO INFORM ME THAT THE YOUNG LADY ASSISTING ME WAS NEW. AFTER FINALLY TAKING MY ORDER, THE NEW ASSOCIATE PROCEEDED TO MAKE THE SMOOTHIES THAT I HAD ORDERED. WHEN I FINALLY RECEIVED MY ORDER I EXITED THE STORE & BACK TO MY VEHICLE. GOT 5 MILES AWAY AND TOOK A SIP OF MY SMOOTHIE; TASTED TERRIBLE, BLAND, NO PINEAPPLE COULD BE TASTED. AFTER I FINISHED RUNNING MY ERRANDS, I WENT BACK TO THIS SAME LOCATION TO SSK IF I COULD HAVE NEW SMOOTHIES, A RED HEAD FEMALE (PREGNANT) APPROACHED ME AND AFTER I HAD EXPLAINED THE ISSUE SHE PROCEEDED TO TELL ME THAT TWO HOURS HAD PASSED & THAT SHE WOULD NOT MAKE ME NEW SMOOTHIES (I had only taken a sip out of the smoothie; they taste earful); I EXPLAINED TO HER THAT I HAD BEEN RUNNING ERRANDS & THAT THIS WAS THE 1ST CHANCE I HAD TO BRING THEM BACK & THAT. HAD TRIED SEVERAL ATTEMPTS TO CALL THE LOCATION. THE MANAGER REFUSED TO MAKE ME NEW SMOOTHIES. I BECAME IRRITATED AND SUGGESTED THAT SHE EITHER REMAKE THEM OR REFUND MY MONEY BUT I WOULD TATHER HAVE NEW SMOOTHIES…SHE THREATENED & CALL THE DOTHAN PD. I INFORMED HER THAT I WASN’T LEAVING UNTIL I RECEIVED-A REFUND OR NEW SMOOTHIES .. NEVER WILL I ENTER THIS LOCATION AGAIN…!!! SIGNED FED-UP WITH POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE
I've been to TSC all over the East Coast..I love them. Not this one. When I tried to scan my barcode on my phone for points, she was nasty and said you have to scan the bottom of your receipt. I mentioned I've never done it that way and her response was, " well that's how we do it now".I tried entering the bar code from my receipt and it didn't work. I tried entering the numbers and it said I'd already done so, which wasn't true. I asked for help, I presume the manager came over and said the machine was broken and I had to enter the barcode in manually. I explained to her I had already tried and it won't take it.. She wasn't very helpful and rather short with me.They weren't busy and seemed fully staffed. I've been very patient during covid because all my kids were servers and I get it. When I did get my smoothie I had to ASK for the special straw that came with my drink.I'll be going to the other one in town from now on. This one... no
Never had this happen to me before I come to here almost every day but tonight was not a good night I order a sunshine smoothie when I got it and tasted it it wasn’t a smoothie it was icy very icy I went back to get it replaced and the cashier had an attitude her face Expression was not Pleasant ?
Food was ok, but priced too high for the amount you got. Didn't have the ingredients for the smoothie my hubby wanted. But Sunshine one was great.
Highly do not recommend! Placed UberEat order for this location, Just two smoothies well TWO AND HALF HOURS LATER, Still no smoothies.. Can’t get ahold of our delivery driver and have called tropical smoothie SEVERAL TIMES!! We’ve never had problems with tropical smoothie but today has ruined us completely and we will not be using this location anymore…
The experience was very welcoming and mellow . Candice and Kaylynn were such a big help in picking out a good meal, and service was very timely .
Don't go right now! The dining room is closed. And the drive-thru line is very long and people cut in front because it's a bad layout. Also, they don't Mark the different sandwiches so we were all having to dig through the sandwiches to determine which one was which. Not cool
