Always seem to be out of meatballs. I order ahead so I don't have to wait and I always have to wait for my food to be made whenever I get here. Absolutely ridiculous.
Around March 1st I went to your establishment In the Walmart to get sandwiches for my sons birthday I got my order when i started eating mine i realize that the sandwiches was not made right it was missing a meat I called to complain and the woman who answered the phone say the phone said to just bring it up there I sat there and told her I live 20 minutes or so away and she said what do you want me to do About it so basically my sandwiches was wrong I wasted my money I get the owner to email me the next day to promise me something to mail to mail and I gave my email address gave my address and still have yet to get anything from the owner I would never walk into that restaurant ever again one They have employees that are rude to their customers too . you have an owner promising something and not sending it They have employees that I would just want to inform people that I highly doubt they care about their customers if you have employees who talk to their customers the way the way they did so I'm writing this this complaint because Your restaurant owners don't care about your customers and whether the food was right or wrong your employee think that they can talk to your customers a certain way and think it's OK well it's not OK I will complain on every single site about what my experience at your restaurant

They have great sandwiches, that will definitely fill you up, and they have many different tastes,also the great Cookie that is so deliciously great.

Terrible sandwiches made with dry bread and not to fresh ingredients. Only one type bread available and I hated it. STALE!! This place is an embarrassment to Subway and Wal-Mart! Never darken their door again!!
Ordered two sandwiches through DoorDash and they got the bread wrong on both with no explanations. Didn’t toast either sandwich, and one is a steak and cheese. Who eats coke steak and cheese?! Also paid for extra cheese, and they didn’t add that either. When I called, the little girl who answered was rude as hell.
I like the new setup and that you can order ahead on the app.the young lady working was very nice.
The subway restaurant on the Southside of Ross Clark circle has the nicest people working. They are always smiling and happy to take and make your order. the restaurants always clean and its still one of the best sandwich shops in town.
