So today they where giving free subs before 12:00 me and a coworker walked in at 11:55 the older lady stated it’s over how ever another coworker went after us and she got her sub poor customer service I will never give them anymore of my money

Restaurant was closed 30 minutes early without notice posted at all.
Some black guy was fixing food and taking money and cards (with the SAME gloves on). I guess the others were too afraid to say something to him, but that’s so gross. Do you know where most dollars have been? In a stripper’s a$$. That’s right. No one should be touching food and money with the same gloves. Take them off, that’s what the box is for, fresh ones. I then ASKED him to change his gloves before fixing my sandwich & he huffed & he puffed. I guess he thought he was the big bad wolf. Sandwich was decent, but these ppl are filthy. Oh & he was sagging.
The employees need to be better trained or they just have to care more about their job.
Says they are open Monday through Saturday 8:30 am to 9:30 pm. I’m here at 8:58 and they are still not open. They never open on time, ever. Very unprofessional. Also they have roaches and the restaurant and bathrooms are filthy. Reporting them to the health department.
This is the most unprofessional business... The nastiest place to eat roaches crawling in dining room and in the kitchen.... The restrooms never get cleaned and the veggies are out of date.... The coolers are not at right temperature, they do not have proper sanitizing with the dishes.... They never clean their sauce bottles out, they just add sauce NASTY!!!!!! I am also contacting health department and the labor board due to the employment there.... How do you work someone that never signed tax papers unless it's under the table????
