Great customer service and they made my drink exactly how I wanted it!
Sometimes the service is good but sometimes the staff is rude and not friendly at all. You can walk in pick up a mobile order and walk right out without anyone acknowledging you.
Lately every Starbucks we go into (this one included) is dirty. Counters. Floor. Restrooms. Tables. FILTHY. Made our drink wrong the first time after a 15 minute wait post ordering. Even when made right, the coffee is mediocre and overpriced. Being a Seattle area native we used to love Starbucks, but the cult is dead to me now.
Cafe is closed with no date of when it'll reopen. No ability to go into store for merchandise. Baristas won't bring merchandise over to show -- which is reasonable enough except should be mentioned on sign. Once you're in drive-thru line, you're stuck. Miserable experience when all you're trying to do is buy a keepsake mug for a kid back home.
Have to wait 20 minutes in line before ordering and then find out that they are out of every refresher on the menu. Would be nice if they would put a sign on the line entrance letting people know so they won’t waste their time in line and then additional time after you order because you can’t back out or leave the line because of the concrete walkway.
This is a great Starbucks! Clean, big, and great serving staff! This will be my go to stop when we travel through Alabama.
Accurate every time. They work fast as to the best of their abilities. Of course it's slow when it's before work. All in all it's a great experience though
It's good you pay for the convenience of having it your way,if you don't mind then it's great.
You cannot go wrong with StarBucks. This location is conveniently located, and is very clean. The baristas are extremely friendly, and make you feel welcome every single visit (despite being overwhelmingly busy).
This is ridiculous. We went out of the way to get some coffee on a trip. When we pulled up, the front door said drive thru only. No problem. But when we pulled around, a handwritten sign said only open 6 am - 4 pm. But it was in front of the drive thru lane. A posted sign on the drive thru said we are closed today. Nothing online said that it was closed. Nowhere.
