Go to any other sonic but this one. Several of the lanes are just blocked off and closed. And of the ones open, only half work properly. They constantly mess up your order, the staff is always rude, and for fast food you will be waiting almost 20+ minutes to get your food, if they even take your order. I've stopped by multiple times and no one answered the button.
Took a sip of my ocean water and it tasted sour instead of sweet. I looked in the drink to see if there was something wrong with it and there’s a bunch of black specs all around along with a couple orange yellow specs. Sick to my stomach.
My food was good & it seemed my server was as well. When I ordered I specified I wanted a $6.00 take home item, which I asked for when he asked if we wanted desert. He never came back to the table nor looked over when I tried to get his attention. I paid the bill with the table kiosk because I wasn't charged for the item.
Took forever to receive my order. When I received my order, my shake was melted and also was not prepared properly. My chocolate and peanut butter was not stirred in at all, and it was just chunky and melted and disgusting. Don't go to this location.
I order using the app daily since this is close to my office. My only complaint is they never put the condiments in the bag even when you specify on the app what you want. Other than that it's usually pretty good

Been on a downward slope since COVID, but the few employees are working hard. Please don't forget to tip the person walking your food to you if you're able! They do deserve it
Not sure how there queue system works, but it seems that they pick cars in random on who they take the order from. There were cars that arrived after I did that were able to get their orders placed before us. Additionally, we had to press the red button 3x before someone finally decided to take our order. Gabage service. If you want something fast, go to another place. If you aren't in a hurry, and want to gamble if your order will be taken, this is the place for you.
Ordered and paid on sonic app, but when I get there and check in, nobody was there in the store... it's like they all just walked out because all the signs were in but the lights were off inside and could see tickets printing on the machine. This was around 6:30 - 7 pm...
