Still a horrible location. Most of the time they get the order wrong. You can almost never order from the app, which means you pay double what you would if you used the app. Someone really needs to take a good hard look at this location. Just horrible.
Literally always wanna turn the app off for this location. Clearly not an issue with the app because it'll work for every other sonic but they magically "temporarily closed" on app but open and operating when you drive by ??
If you are hungry or thirsty, then you definitely don't want to stop in here. They say third time's the charm, not here. 3 time's I've tried to order food from this restaurant on 84W in Dothan near Flowers Hospital. 3 time's I've left after waiting over 15 minutes to try to place an order. The last time was Saturday July 9th. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
Total waste of time. Stoped in and waited for 20 min to order. The screen said red button activated. Watched as every car that pulled up after me get service. I just left. I was in stall 29.
Horrible! Ordered ahead on app but when I got there to puck up my food nobody was in the restaurant...at 6 pm on a Saturday. This has happened multiple times at this location now.
They were out of some ingredients for the sandwich I ordered. The gentleman explained apologized and asked me to pick any other sandwich to replace my order.
My favorite sonic location! The service is always fast and my order is always right. I come here atleast once a weekday for either Breakfast, Lunch or Happy Hour. In the morning it’s always Peyton carrying the place on her back normally carhopping multiple cars a trip. Good on her!
Worst fast food restaurant ever! The wait to order food is ridiculous!! We went to two different spots to order and waited 15+ minutes at each one. People who arrived after we did had ordered food and left. Service is awful! Definitely need new management and staff!
Good food, usually very fast service, even when busy
This sonic was very delightful the staff were very polity and helpful. Very time orientated with the making and delivery of our food.
