My daughter decided to spend her money and got some fries and a sour kids slush.. guy comes she pays and he walks off with her change and never comes back. Please teach your employees about asking before taking
Pushed the button to order and while trying to order the woman kept asking is that all every time we added something to the order. Then the fries were cold. We asked 3 times for ranch and waited 15 minutes for fresh fries and ranch.Rude customer service is why people do not want to come to this place. Next time I’ll go to another sonic location
The only problem I had was that the Payment machine at the ordering Menu didn't work properly, and the Delivery chic had to ask for my Payment Card and took it inside and made the payment, I was just bothered because she could of made a Carbon copy of my card or paid for more than my order.
This sonic is the least favorite of the people in Dothan. It’s only out of desperation or pure convenience that anyone goes there. Try it out and see what I’m talking about. Every worker there expects a tip so get that wallet ready. Or tell them to actually put forth effort
Ordered on app (for the first time), when I arrived they gave me someone else's order. I let them know and they came and got the food and said mine would be out soon. When I got my food it was cold and didn't taste good.
The Footlong Quarter Pound Coney Sucked It Was Tough Like It Had Been Nuked In A Microwave, The Tater Tots I Sent Them Back For Fresh Hot Tots And They Weren't Hot And Tasted Like They We're Cooked In Old Oil. So No I Don't Recommend This Place At All ??
I tried to place an order 3 different times. Twice at one stall and once at the other before I called and asked if there was a reason I couldn’t get anyone to help me. They claimed they are busy yet a lady pulled up 5 mins after my call to order and they answered and served her immediately. When I actually called, the guy still acted like he didn’t want to deal with me. Not sure what y’all had against me today but it was rude and unacceptable
First of all get all the excuses out of the way about supply chain and everything else. That doesn't affect how long it takes somebody to bring a simple drink to your car after it says it's on its way 10 minutes beforehand. It's simply comes down to poor management and even poorer staffing.
Was pretty good, but last few times have been terrible. Got my order in they literally forgot my order was out there 45 minutes order still messed up. Thus last time I ordered strawberry cheese cake master blast just strawberry shake at price of master blast other one one hot fudge Sunday I got vanilla
Every time we have tried stopping here in the past couple of months, we have had to just leave. They never make the drinks right, their cheese fries are fries with sliced kraft cheese, and you will sit at the com with the red button activated for 20+ minutes. They should really do some retraining, or hire new help one.
