Waited 40 mins for a Slushy and Blast when it finally arrived the order was wrong. The manager took all the staff out 20 mins after I ordered to have a meeting!! Maybe next time have your meeting after you close or maybe not take every employee to the meeting at one time. Most ridiculous thing I've ever seen!!
I hate to say that I wont be back. We ordered two medium cherry-limeade cream slushes with whipped cream. Brought to us, they were plain cherry and so thin, I don't think there was any ice cream. So they remade them, brought out, still no ice cream. Charged us for a cherry and a lime wedge that we didn't get. So disappointing. And I drink enough of them that I should know EXACTLY what they taste like and the consistency. Overcharged and sadly disappointed!!!
I ended up getting nothing because their slushy was out of mixture there milkshake machine was broken and they could not make any of the things that I was already get. Plus they were out of the junior burger stuff
Come here pretty often and the last few times we have came the debit card machines don’t work! They try and say it’s our cards when obviously it’s not!! But tominght we came after a river day and ordered our food at 8 after sitting for over 30 minutes waiting on our food I reached out to an employee after watching one employee play with a cat and another employee play on there phone to find out our ticket had been “lost” .. after finally recovering out food it was obviously COLD and the carhop girl said they were short staffed and walked off. So whoever runs this sonic you red to get your employees to care about your business before you lose more business than just ours! Pathetic SERVICE!! We watched sit from the window!!!
We ordered a shake with our meal when the girl arrived with order she gave us our other drinks and when I asked for the shake she said the ice cream machine was broken didn’t even ask about a replacement for the shake. The worst part of this is the car directly across from us ordered shakes and ice cream and they got their order. So we were lied to …this all happened within a minute so there’s no way it magically fixed itself.
I know inflation is bad but if your gone charge for jalapeños at least put more than 4 on it ?
Young man Kamiron walked up to the car while our drinks were sideways spilling and some of the drink spilled on the car and he only said “ouuuu”.when I called and said I was missing my other half of my food while another young man was getting the manager, kamiron came back out with the rest of our order and had an attitude when giving it to us
Wanted to give 5 stars but it took me so long to be able to place the order. Either my menu board didn't work or they were ignoring the ring without acknowledgment of a customer. I placed my order at the walk up menu board and waited awhile before someone took my order. The burger as always was great. The fries very cold. Staff was friendly and quick with food delivery.
I went there several weeks ago after my sons baseball game. I pushed the red button. No one answered. Soon a young girl brings out food to a car that had two young boys in it. She took her good sweet time. All I heard was her giggling while at their car.I pushed the button again. Still no answer. There was maybe a total of 4 cars in the drive up stalls. The young girl walks back into the building. I pushed the button a THIRD time thinking that “Little Miss Giggles” will soon answer. Still got ignored. Rude and so disrespectful. Just close down and move along.
This Sonic makes the best fresh fruit slushes of the 3 I've tried in Dothan as well as the 1 in Enterprise. I make a stop at this Sonic a part of my plans whenever I come to Dothan!
