Rude employee, out of cinnamon rolls, the drink machine was out of several flavors, restaurant was filthy. Basically the place was a dump. Definitely won’t stop here again. A complete waste of money!
No one at the register taking orders when I arrived. When someone did show up, she barely acknowledged me andnever made eye contact. Then I had to wait 15 minutes for my order. It wasn't until the manager came out and I spoke to him that my order was prepared. Again, no eye contact by the young woman.
My wife and I ate here for the first time and I was impressed with the different items on the menu. I got the you pick two beef smokehouse cheddar half sandwich and half chicken ceasar salad and both were delicious. My wife got a chicken salad and the portion was decent. Also the sweet tea was just right. The only thing I had a problem with was the desert, I order a center of the roll cinnabun roll and it was just a cinnamon roll cut up into small chunks and a little bit of frosting. My wife got a chocolate chunk cookie and it was soft and warm. The prices weren't too high and free refills on the tea!
First time in, very impressed. Clean, fast service-- the woman at the register was helpful with ordering, the food arrived quickly and was delicious. Already planning on returning to try something else.
This place is great. The bread really makes a difference in the sandwich, as for what to get I would recommend the original or deluxe original. The pizza is also very underrated here so if you are in the mood for something different give it a try

So glad we have a Schlotzsky's in Dothan now. Great sandwiches for a good price. Prompt service and clean dining room. They'll see a lot more of me.
Been a while since we had Schlotzsky's and decided to stop into the newly opened store. They did not disappoint. It was better then the previous store we used to frequent in another city. Looking forward to my next sandwich with the jalapeño bread.
