Great food. We were in a rush, so we couldn't stay very long, though.
Decided to give this place a try. Ordered take out. Lots of options on the menu. Friendly service. Tasty eats. We waited inside and liked the theme. Big portraits of rock stars on the walls with classic rock tunes music playing.
I took my son here for the first time on April 14, 2022. It was amazing! The service was great and the food was delicious. Seeing all the negative reviews were shocking to me because of how great our experience was.
Always great food and outstanding service! Our server Zane made himself at home and was very personable!
The food tasted good. The service was fast, attentive and friendly with a smile. My kids and I had fun discussing the art on the walls. I only wish that the dishes were a bit bigger for the price.
We used to love RockN Roll Sushi. They messed up our orders quite a bit in the past, but we usually liked it anyway.We just placed another to go order and realized that not only they messed up our order again, but this particular time everything tasted so much different (the sushi, the fried rice, crab wontons, and even the sauce). Everyone in our family agreed that it was very different from what we were used to. To top things off they’re now charging a 10% to go fee even if you pick it up yourself.Perhaps they had a different chef today, but for us that was enough to not buy there again.
Food was bland. I have celiac & ordered gluten free soy sauce. When I got it home everything was plain. Called & they said “they didn’t have time” to make it gluten free (order placed ahead at 5:08pm to be ready at 6:30pm). They offered me a free order of gf fried rice on my next visit which will probably be never. Very disappointing first experience with Rock-n-Roll Sushi Dothan.
We love Rock-n-Roll Sushi. So much so that I stopped in today to get 3 nice gift certificates for my adult children. I was very disappointed that the only way they could process this is for me to pay sales tax…. Hoping your franchise can take care of this issue very soon.
Disgusting. Delivery food is surrounded by trash and cleaning supplies. And they claim they didn't know. Yet had to sit the food on the rack themselves. How do you not notice??? ...Edit: this review was replied too. But this picture was taken by a doordash driver. "Take out orders go here" ... then they want to say no food goes on this shelf. They also replied online that they didn't notice the shelf looked so bad, they were in the middle of a rush and now its clean. 2 different stories. Just eww.
Disgusting, dirty people work there. They treat customers food like trash by putting it on shelves with chemicals and other debris.they have a sani bucket directly over the take out orders. When all of this was brought to their attention they lied and backtracked. So if you value your health dont eat here.
