The waiter was cordial and attentive. The food was awesome and the manager made sure everything was up to par. The lighting at table I just don't care for too much. It shines on your face and it's not much my cup of tea. Maybe next time I will sit at the bar or ask for different sitting area other than a booth. That's not going to make me stop going only because felt welcomed. I hope it remains that way. If not, an update will be in place. ?
It wasn't busy. Our waiter was totally awesome. The food was out of this world. And the drinks were undescribably delicious. A good time all the way around. Can't wait to go back

FILTHY!!! Left after 5 mins of sitting there. When I told waitress nicely we were leaving cause it was not clean, she told me I was overreacting because there was food on the floor. Really, ok???? Disgusting! Not only food on the ENTIRE floor, tables dirty, bar tenders purse sitting on top of bar, men us disgusting. NO Thanks.
First off let me say that I called red lobster before I took my mother for her birthday up there to make sure the time they closed and if they where still doing the endless shrimp. Well they said they closed at ten and the endless shrimp was still going on until tomorrow. I don’t ever write reviews but by far this is the number one worst experience I ever had at a restaurant the store was dirty the waitress really acted like she didn’t care and we only got to order shrimp one time after our entree they bring us six pieces of shrimp my husband gives me two shrimp and the waitress proceeded to tell me if I keep eating off his plate that she will have to charge me. They gave us tea with no ice and they locked me outside when I told the lady I was stepping out to smoke a cig they told my husband and mother that the kitchen was closed after we tried to order some more shrimp. I will never ever go back to this restaurant ever again awful awful experience. If I could I wouldn’t give it any stars honestly

The staff was great. They have changed the flavor of the cheddar biscuits, and the Lobster Bisque was nasty. Me and my sister got this because the last time I had it, it was so good. This time all I tasted was powder cheese. No lobster was in it. The shrimp pasta was good and the coconut shrimp were good.
Service and workers where great for the most part, nothing worth mentioning. The food, which is I'm sure all red lobsters has this issue right now. It's just meh at best and they where always so good, I think this is trying to keep the cost low but it's not worth it when your ur known for killer food. Half the food is top notch, the other half seems like captain D's.
I was just served cold shrimp scampi and when they "fixed" it they totally overcooked it so that it tasted like a sponge! The manager never even said she was sorry until I got very upset when we got the total bill for food I couldn't even eat! absolutely terrible food service! This is why servers are suffering and no one wants to work!
It was really good; Food had a good taste, clean establishment, very kind waitress. Overall great experience/ time. Will definitely be returning soon.
