This was a horrible experience and a waste of $31. It took forever to be seated because we were told tables had to be cleaned . But instead of cleaning tables the employees were standing around joking with each other . Finally got seated and our waitress was rude and short to us . Our house salads were terrible and were literally nothing but a ton of raw onions not even cut on them and about a teaspoon of ranch . Our food took forever to come and our drinks stayed empty . Our pizza came out and the bottom of it was burnt . I asked for ranch and she brought two and I found out when the bill came there was a charge for ranch . I’ve never been anywhere that charged for ranch. You should at least tell your customers this when they ask for it . Will not return
Best wings in town. Blue cheese dressing is made in house and is fabulous. The service is always great. The beer is always cold.
On the basis of Trip Advisor reviews, my daughter ordered a pizza, and we got out in the rain, in an unknown city, to go get it. We also got the Chicken Caesar salad, which my husband said was good. However, the pizza was dried out, cold & barely had any condiments on the top. We both ate one piece & truly, the rest went into the garbage. The fellow who checked me out was very kind & even “threw in” a free Sprite, but after spending $36.00 on this inedible pizza, I guess we probably deserved it. Just be forewarned NOT to order the pizza. E. Stucker
This review gets a one star simply because that’s the lowest star that you can rate a business on google This is our last attempt to visit Red Elephant as it is now 735 when we called at 7:30 and someone picked up did not speak and hung up on us. We walk up to the door and people are walking out the door butsomehow we were able to open it and the staff in the kitchen said we are close! There were people eating in there I am sitting in the parking lot 20 minutes later and everyone is leaving the restaurant smoking cigarettes in the parking lot. This was our last time that we will ever ever go to this place! I have seen three or four Uber drivers show up to pick up food and I registered to order food but that was discontinued online at 7:50. This is unacceptable. I am sure if I looked up in the records that this place received government funds to prevent this! This is beyond ridiculous. During this observation there were multiple deliveries from DoorDash and several servers walking out. This has happened numerous of times over the past year. We used to be very loyal to the red elephant but we will no longer be treated this way.
Buyer beware. Both items we purchased to eat were rung in at a higher price than they were listed on the menu (so were several other items of the people with us). When we asked about it we were told that they had not updated their menus and the increase was not that much. We asked for the manager since it was not the servers fault and the manager refused to come and speak to us.
We have been ordering Red elephant for a few years and have never been disappointed until we received our food last night. The food was good as always, but the portions were ridiculously slim. For our order to be $60+, we were really not happy with the meals. The pasta dish had hardly any noodles and a few pieces of meat, the kids meal had very few fries and the smallest chicken fingers I've ever seen. It was the same with the adult meals. Very few fries and we were always used to getting plenty of them. Needless to say we were seriously disappointed with our meals and won't be ordering again. Not a happy customer.
I've always loved yall but the service was pretty bad this time. My waitress was pretty much non existing. I belive her name was Kristen. It took her way too long to get drinks. She messed our ordered up 2 times and she was very rude on top of it all.Tri g to get her attention to help us and she wS nose deep in her phone.smh...she suc ked. Thank u have a nice day
Waited to be seated longer than I feel like we should have bc there were only 2 groups of people already seated when we got there. When we went to order, what I wanted "they no longer had", I mean cross it off the menu or something. Then we waited 45 minutes for our food. I really just wanted to pay for the drinks at that point. The only reason they even get 3 stars is bc they have been really good past times we've been there. The wrap I ended up setting with was bland and the fries tasted like grease so totally not worth the wait! Everyone else seemed to like what they got though
Well, one employee I had a personal relationship with and he lied, stole, used my truck and messed it up and now refuses to pay rent and owed monies. The manager of the restaurant is VERY rude. I called twice to see if my friend needed a ride and she was mean, very mean to me. I asked my friend why and he said she’s mean to ALL the employees and that I believe because she was mean to me twice. I’ve had their food. It’s delicious. But as far as customer relations, you can’t pay me to go eat there. When a manager is rude on the phone twice with someone who they never met, to check on the ride status of an employee? Well. I’m great at boycotting mean people. I wish I could give 100 negative stars for the manager alone
