Popeyes has been a favorite of mine since I was a kid. They’re nuggets brought me back. But I have had 2 separate issues months apart in the 2 times I have come to this location for lunch. The staff is kind but their customer service skills need some work. Will return for the nuggets, these things are delicious.
Just tried to go inside at 7:45, met at the door sorry lobby is closed please go to drive thru. Go to drive thru, tried to order 4 legs and sorry we dont have any, didnt offer to cook any so we pulled off. If all you have on the menu is chicken its a good idea to cook some. Management should do something.
If you are hungry. Popeyes is the best food in the universe. If not you probably won't even see the restaurant
Tonight at approx 7:30 I went to the drive thru and the female working the drive thru was the rudest person I have dealt with in a long time. While trying to place my order she kept cutting me off and her tone of voice was very rude. I finally told her to cancel the order that I would not spend my money with such a rude person. There was only one vehicle in the parking lot (I can understand why with this person working there) so they were not busy at all. Everyone has a bad day but she went above and beyond to let me know that I bothered her by stopping by. I normally don’t let one experience detour me from trying again but will not be back at this location. There’s too many places to eat in Dothan that appreciate business.
The guy on drive through is AMAZING, great personality and very hilarious,and fast worker the entire staff was amazing!!!!! Definitely coming back.
Very slow. Everyone is waiting all the time. Told it would be a 3 minute wait on the chicken fingers and it’s been over 30 minutes. 3rd time I’ve been here and will be my last.
VERY GOOD DINE IN EXPERIENCE ,RESTROOMS CLEAN AS WELL AS THE OUTSIDE PARKING AREA. FRIENDLY AND FAST SERVICE AND BEST OF ALL MY MEAL IS ALWAYS FRESH AND HOT. THANKS & KEEP ON SHINING!!!
Sandwich was good will definitely order again will get it to go..but inside was terrible. All tables and floors had used napkins and crumbs..but the funny thing was a worker was laying in a corner booth asleep ..The other workers yelling her name asking if she was coming back to work.it was crazy
Not going to slam them since its a new place, but they have to get it together and get more transparent with prices, on the front sign was $14 but when you drive around gets to $20 approx....because its not clear what the 14 bux is for ....just get it together, chicken was good and the employee was amazing and patient, she took her time to come outside and bring the food plus explain the pricing, which is management's duty and not her's, but i appreciate her going out of her way to serve us. For her would be a 5-Star.
Had a little bit of a weigh-in drive-thru but who doesn't these days when I got to the window the girls courteous and really polite and she did a great job, I would definitely be back!!! I givePopeyes 5 Hand claps ?????
