Ordered online using app. Had great deals and we were able to order our pizzas the way we wanted. Hubby got Meat Lovers on Stuffed Crust and I got Pepperoni lovers on Pan crust. We even got 2 cups of garlic sauce for dipping the crust into. Employees were great at pickup and we love the drive thru window option. Great date night at home thanks to Pizza Hut
Ordered 3 pizza and several wings during our stay with our grandkids here in Dothan I gotta admit I was impressed hot pizza hot wings I give this place 5 star for service and accommodations! Great job.
The worst service ever had a emergency come up so I had to cancel my order the girl claimed her name was April after hanging up on me 4 times and telling me she didn't know her name was rude disrespectful and poor customer service if I could put a lower rate I would this girl does not need to be working customer service at all you need too go back to the first grade sweetheart learn some manners you get ugly with the wrong person you will find out quick all I can say is bless your heart sug

Would've been 5 stars except took a few to get someone to drive-thru window to pick up online order. Couldn't see anyone taking an order or anything. Maybe potty break. Who knows. Anyhow, pizza was as ordered & delish! We ordered The Edge. Def recommend it.
Really Bad experience as order was 45 minutes late and only received pizza not everything else ordered then waited another 45 minutes for the remainder of order! I normally order elsewhere and will go back to who I typically order from. Lesson learned.
They don't have drivers and are instead using doordash. I placed an order thru the pizza hut app and it said it had been delivered. I called and found out they're using door dash and my order had not even been picked up. Pizza was delivered an hour later.
I would give them 0 stars if I could. Ordered pizza and never even received it!! They double charged me for pizza I never received and when I went to call them I waited on hold for an hour before I finally just hung up. The next day I got an email and survey asking how my pizza was!! I wouldn't know since I never received it!! ?
This place is beyond pathetic I was owed a $30 credit from a previous mess up they made so here it is 3 weeks later I try to order to get credit I'm on hold 30 minutes why they play musical chairs or phone tag 3 different people got on phone and I didn't even get to place a order. Definitely bad for business!!!!???
We always get delivery. Super fast and always delicious! Never had a bad experience!
