Did not receive my 3 Diet Pepsi. Called 5 times. Three of those times I pressed 1 to talk to someone and ended up being disconnected. Two times tried speaking with the Pizza Hut where they made my pizza. First time the female wouldn’t let me finish my sentence and put me on hold which I was then disconnected. The second time I spoke with a male and told him no one was answering the phone when I pressed one. I asked if he could hep. He said he would then took my phone number and placed me on hold which ended up disconnecting me. No 3 Diet Pepsi, no money refunded. Now they r closed! Not happy!
The service at the location has gone so far downhill that after my visit yesterday I will not bother wasting more money. Food was cold and that was after I was told it wasn't ready and left to sit for 30 mins in the lobby. To get my food I had to go to the kitchen window where they stage the food and ask a cook to see what the issue was.
Our waitress was a very sweet older lady of Asian descent but as for Pizza Hut it's heartbreaking to so many items removed from the menu spinach balsamic glaze pretzel crust salad bar.. what happened pizza hut...I'm really confused considering you charge over 100 percent more than any other pizza chain and had a loyal following until NOW...
I was very disappointed. Love pizza hut normally. However, I was visiting a near by town and had a room. I ordered online and was told my food would be ready by 5:20. I always give some extra time . I got there placed my name. My pizza had not even started cooking yet. So, think, hey it'll be ready soon and it will be worth it. Got my pizza 45 minutes later.I drive back to the room in the rain after waiting 45 minutes past the time they gave me. Opened the box to a cheese pizza. Nothing more just a cheese pizza. I called to talk to the manager to get some credit or a new pizza, or just an apology. I waiting on hold for 4 mins until they picked up the phone and hung up on me. I called back the guy put me back on hold. P. S. Im still on hold minutes later
Order was brought to the table in take out boxes when we were dining in. no silverware or napkins given and pizza wasn't even cut where we could take it out of the box. Had to cut with plastic knife. won't be back.
Slowest Pizza Hut I have ever been to. I keep coming back thinking it will get better, but it doesn’t. They don’t look busy, and they have bad customer service. No delivery orders. They don’t answer the phones and I requested curbside each time I come but they never bring it out. I’ve see two people just get frustrated and drive away. I’m never coming here again.
I have been a very good customer to this location and today they have let me down. 1 they didn’t have the dinner box, no problem fine. I ordered a large pepperoni with extra pepperoni and breadsticks instead. I got a pizza with BARELY any pepperoni and NO SUACE with the breadsticks. I tried calling and they hung up on me twice. Shame.
delivery person dropped part of the order on the porch said sorry while walking away. pizza was not hot and needed to be cooked longer. we literally live down the road from pizza hut. That's what I get for having it delivered.
Called in a order, 3 topping for $10. The place was busy, so had to wait to get it. Paid, went to the checked and it was wrong. Pepperoni only. Went back inside and showed the manager, he said it would another 20 minutes for the correct pizza. No apology no offer of refund, take it or wait. Won't be back.
Great pizza but if you want something like a party box you better fork over some money for it but other than that the people are friendly and polite
