The papadia was disgusting to my taste. The meatball, pepperoni, marinara, and cheese was over saturated in unbearable savory experience. Which you wouldn’t expect since it’s basically just half of a pizza except my other order was a 2 topping pizza. That one tasted delicious.
Manager was extremely unhelpful. Accidentally order wrong online and he wouldn’t fix it. Asked for extra sauce on breadsticks. Told us no and laughed obnoxiously in our face.

I ordered pizzas to SE Health as I have previously when my daughter was admitted. They have ALWAYS brought the order to Entrance 3 where the hospital side is and I came down and got it. This time the incompetent driver took it to the ER. We are not in the ER. I explained to him that they have always delivered to entrance 3 and he said he always delivers to the ER and refused to bring it to the side I was on. He just left it and I had to figure out how to get around there to get it as Entrance 3 closes at 6 and I would've been locked out. So, by the time I found my way around to the ER through the hospital, it was cold. I called and the manager just brushed me off putting me on hold and eventually hanging up on me. I would've never ordered if I knew this. Directions were given when order was placed and nobody said it wasn't doable otherwise I wouldn't have placed an order. Driver was rude and unprofessional and manager wasn't helpful.

I placed a order for extra large pizza and was told it would be delivered in 30 minutes. After 1 hour I called back and asked where my pizza was.I was then told that they don't deliver to that side of town. I go to the pizza franchise and said I am here to pick up my pizza. The manager said that there was no order under my name. I said like hell I spoke to him twice. He called the flowers chapel rd pizzeria and they said there was no order under that name. After I told the manager about what sorry service he has for his customers. I exited the pizzeria and 2 delivery guys were pulling in. I asked them if they delivered to my neighborhood and they both said that they did. I will never ever use Papa John's again.
Great staff sometimes a little bit of a wait for delivery during busy times Not so much for carry out but everyone's always awesome I'm sure they're underpaid! Prepay a decent tip to get better serviceLets go Brandon
A Papa John's driver almost killed me and my grandmother because he pulled out in front of us on a wet road.
