The pizza and apple crisp salad are WONDERFUL. They only give you about half the amount of dressing you need though.

Terrible customer service. I've been here three times in the last 2 weeks and it has been awful every time. First time I wasn't even acknowledged. Second time, a male and female worker came from the back alone and walked right past me at the register. She said "someone will help you in a minute." Last time which was today the lady with the pink hair just glared at me and didn't greet me at all, I walked to the register and had to start the whole conversation. She needs a major attitude adjustment. I'd give 0 stars if i could. She acted like she hated her job and even hated to be there for that matter. Looking for a change next time I come there otherwise I won't come back.
All in all the food was fine. A big disappointment for me was the switch to these highly caffeinated drinks. Aside from being seriously unhealthy, there were no herb teas which were delightful. I don't drink soda so my only option was caffeinated black tea. When I asked the manager about it, he rolled his eyes. When I asked whose bright idea it was to remove the herbal teas he casually said, "corporate," and walked away. Later I found a woman named Teresa who was considerably more pleasant. She validated my displeasure of the drink options and said she, too, enjoyed the herb teas. I told her I would be contacting corporate. She said she hoped to see us again soon.
As usual....they didn't have any of the bagels I wanted. They never make enough food each day, yet the say they donate leftovers to the homeless. Make more food will ya! Thanx
My husband and I both ordered smoothies. They were ok - nothing special. I ordered a Mango and my husband ordered a Strawberry Banana.
Customer service desperately needs improvement. Dothan store do better! You walk in; they will look you right in the eye and won't greet you. You stand in front of the register ready to be helped they continue doing whatever it is that they are doing without so much as a word as if you're bothering them and as if I have nothing better to do with my day but stand in front of an unattended register and wait until they decide when I'm deemed worthy of their attention. I've seen some bad service but this beats all. This same treatment has been going on this entire. My next move is contacting corporate because they need to know what's going on. I will say finally after 10 minutes of me standing there an African American girl (I hate I didn't get her name so that I can make sure she’s not implicated in this u professionalism) handed me my cup for my drink that I ordered online and had received confirmation email that my order was ready and waiting on the pick-up shelf. Mind you this girl came from the back to hand me my cup while the ones in the front either walk around me or pretended that they couldn't see me in the open space. Just ridiculous! 1 star is too much for this store.
Unfortunately the coffee maker wasn’t working. No hot coffee. It happens sometimes.
Food delivery was terrible. The order was correct, but the delivery driver set the order on the dirty ground. By the time I made it to the door, the driver was already taking off. We used Grub Hub and it makes Panera Bread look completely unprofessional and disrespectful. We will never be back again as a result of this experience.
