I love the franchise. The team at this place could work better together for the sake of customers. The girl taking a drive thru order saw they were out of that item and asked someone to make it. He yelled back "Make it yourself." She didn't know how and when he didn't help she gathered the SCRAPS put it on a plate and sent it out through the drive thru! I ordered my takeout inside so my food was OK but I felt for the person who went through the drive thru who'll be very disappointed.
1st time trying panda I got the orange chicken and sweet sour chicken.also a small order of the chicken lo mein.food was hot and fresh.they forgot my sweet and sour sauce for the chicken I went back in and got it they apologized for forgetting the sauce
I haven't been there in a while but if you are in the Dothan check out Parda Restaurant good food especially shrimp fried rice highly recommended
Their food is not good their chicken is burnt the rest of it not done don't recommend them
Terrible service. I asked for an order of beef broccoli, not a beef broccoli combo. So after I paid and received my order I notice that it is a combo order. I told the women that I didn't I rider a combo she tells me that I have to tell her its not a combo because they are only going to assumed its a combo order. So she refused to correct the order or give me my money back. I was told there I s nothing she could.

Everytime I order its made fresh and taste great
Usually the food is decent however the customer service is extremely poor. The lady at the counter is very rude and obnoxious... really poor people skills. I generally avoid coming here for that very reason. I once politely commented on her rudeness and suggested I may take my business somewhere else... her response, "I don't care." Enough said.
We eat there frequently & have never been disappointed. It is more of a "to go" place but there are a few tables if you want to eat there.
