Is there a manager that gives proper training to this store? How can someone pay $2 more and they only fill the bowl 1/2 way. There is no reason for this. People are not trained to know what to do here.
Chicken Teriyaki is not cut up in to pieces like it used to be. No knives available to use to cut it. No fortune cookies on tray so I had to ask for them. The manager did tell the server customers should never have to ask for fortune cookies they are supposed to be put with the order.
I ordered food from this Panda Express, I ordered Half walnut shrimp, half teriyaki chicken, with fried rice. They gave me noodles instead of rice, when it says on my receipt RICE. Also they didn’t give me any teriyaki sauce for my chicken. Don’t waste your time, go to the Panda Express in Enterprise Al instead, it’s twice as good. This place has went down hill in the last few years with new management.
My food was warm but my mom's food was cold- seems to be a reoccurring issue. We ordered 2 adult meals and 2 kids meals. I told them I had 2 kids meal vouchers. As we're eating we look at the receipt and see we were charged for 1 kids meal. When we asked why, she said you can only use 1 voucher per order. No problem but why didn't she say so when we ordered, (we could have split the order) and why did she take BOTH vouchers? The situation was cleared up in the end but if you have vouchers make sure they actually credit you for it.
Had a really hard day at work and all I wanted was a plate with teriyaki chicken and orange chicken. Was out of teriyaki and said orange chicken was going to be too late and they had to cook it and basically explained that they didn’t want to cook it and was VERY BAD customer service. If you don’t like your job to the point where u can’t be friendly while taking an order than don’t work. I’m very irritated and disappointed. Usually Dothan is good but there services have gone so downhill this past year.
The food taste like it comes out of a box or a freezer, very mediocre, something my kids could get from Publix in the freezer section. Small portions of food; food is expensive
I love the super greens. I anyways get 1/2 rice or chow mein and 1/2 greens with a beef and chicken entrée. Tonight we got there a little later and they had no food. Needed to wait over 10 minutes for them to cook it. It wasn't close to closing time so I'm was a bit confused. The food is always good, the rice is much better fresh though! I recommend trying it if you haven't.
We were greeted when we walked in. The place was clean. I've been to more than one of these pandas and it seems to be all of them. What's up with the food not being HOT!! I had to wait for the orange chicken to get done, that's fine but while I was waiting my bowl of rice was sitting on the counter next to where the chicken goes for at least 5 minutes. I said isn't my rice going to be cold by the time the chicken is done? Answer was NO it should be done in a minute. Well I waited 3 more minutes till I got the chicken. They put the chicken on the rice, we paid and left. My husband got beef and broccoli with rice. Well as I new it my food along with my husband's food was barely warm. How do I get barely warm chicken straight off the stove where it looked like they had it heated. Panda express needs to figure out how to serve HOT FOOD!!! I won't return to any of their restaurants again. Thanks for our cold lunch, never again!!
Order 2Kung Pao plates with chow mein. Got 1 plate an 1 bowl with rice. That WAS NOT OUR ORDER. Server that took order was Courtney. Sweet but doesn't listen well. Will NOT go back.
